Well, thanks to The Tavern we had it all. :) On a beautiful Wednesday evening we came here for dinner and sat on their patio. It has been quite some time since we have dined here. Everyone said they wouldn't order any of what we ate again. The photos looked better than it tasted. - We were celebrating a birthday - we made a reservation & made a specific note when booking the reservation. It wasn't acknowledged by the hostess or waitstaff. We weren't expecting anything in terms of a free dessert since we had plans elsewhere, but the hostesses should pay attention to the notes on reservations.

Even if we show up a few minutes after the official 9pm close time he always flips the 'closed' sign around to 'open' and serves us with a smile! Nothing better than an ice cream on the boardwalk while listening to the sound of the waves!
