Was so delighted to be able to drop my car off after I had 9 puppies and a messy vet visit occur all over my car (if you know what I mean) This place was not only willing to help me get my car cleaned out, but eager to help. I was able to leave my car there for a few hours while I ran some errands and they did a carpet shampoo, mat cleaning, regular wash for the price of $159. When is got my car back, I was almost in tears at how well of a job they did. The state my car was in when I dropped it off did not even look like the car I got back. My family and I even agreed it looked better than when I first purchased the car. I was super grateful for their help and for giving me a much needed break. I had such a great experience here. I live down in LA and hate all the full service Car Wash places near me. I had played golf in Ojai earlier in the day, and stopped here on my way home. The order-taker was amazingly friendly and wasn't trying to upsell me to death. Cashier was super nice and friendly, and the guy who worked on my car was working HARD out there. Unfortunately my first car wash here wasn't cleaned very well! My car was rushed through and was left with bird poop and dirt everywhere. And for an exterior wash @$13.99 I expected better. I got home and thought about it and decided to drop the business a quick email expressing my concerns. I never thought I would hear back as most business just ignore the complaints, but to my surprise not only did Mike(owner) respond but he did within hours! He offered me a return visit to make things right. It's not if a business makes a mistake...it's how they handle it. Maybe if people would first give the business the opportunity to fix it before writing terrible reviews!! I'll be a regular customer now just because of the way the owner handled it. read more

Double check their work. This last time I paid to have my mats shampooed, but they weren't and when I brought it up the employee seemed confused. Also there's still a bit of dog fur on one of the seats. Been here 4 times. The first time I got the works- detail, and hood/under carriage steam clean, interior shampoo. Couldn't be happier with the results. Every time after that they seem a little rushed, I recommend going right when they open. Also, they ask what you want your car to smell like, but then never do it. I let this one slide because at the end of the day I'm there for a detail, it would be a nice touch though. Okay enough for something simple, I'll probably return but will try out others first. read more
