We validated all 3 TVs were functioning and put our largest (85") back in the box, with all the protectors, so it'd be safe. We never even touched the corners while doing this. After our largest 85" was installed, we ended up checking as they were leaving and it has a crack in the upper corner. They themselves never turned on and validated our TVs functioned before leaving as our prior installation specialists we've used have done. This review is based on a lack of professionalism. My husband reached out to both numbers and they ghosted us. We aren't asking for a new tv, we just want the money we wasted mounting it as we know the tv was undamaged beforehand. This is terrible business. We wanted to buy surround sound as well to get that installed and that's business they won't get from us. I'd highly recommend you choose another business. Mistakes happen and if they do, rest assured they will not respond.
