This was on a Saturday evening so there were no car repair places open. Our car was shuddering something awful and the check engine light was on. My husband called this Autozone and the employee Rico was extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to drive our car over there and have the problem diagnosed. The car had a bad spark plug, a part that was less than $10. We didn't know how to replace it, but Rico said it was an easy job and was able to show my husband how to do it. The car started back up, the check engine light was OFF, and it was purring like a kitten, and we were able to make it back home! So, so thankful for the kindness and competence of employee Rico, and we are also appreciative of the manager Dashayla! Highly recommend this business :)

I try to do "simple things" myself but when I realized that you had to go through the tire fender area, I went to the professionals. Good thing I did! After replacing the buld, it still wouldn't work. Chris had to connect the computer and reset the system. Apparently, when the bulb blew, the computer shut dow the "port" and it had to be reset. After being reset, the light came on and worked properly. These guys are great at what they do!! I leave come home me and my husband and when I go to leave again it's oils leaking in my driveway so I'm like hmmm they must have loosen it or something next day I had made an appointment for tire plus to get my oil changed well while I'm driving up to tire plus the vana stops has to be towed back because apparently whoever was trying to do the oil change did something while trying to loosen the bolt and now the van is inoperable. The same day the van stopped I go back to the store wanting to speak with the manager one person says the manager is on vacation so she gets the coach he comes and says he's going to talk to them in the auto center because the store has no manager they are btw managers and that all coaches and assistant managers are running the store okay cool he goes back and 3-5mins later comes back only to say they said they didn't touch the van. I said that's not true he said it's nothing we can do call the 1-800 Walmart number well I did just that and have been getting the run around for over a week. My van is inoperable I called yesterday and the lady before we got disconnected told me to take it to another Walmart. First how am I suppose to get it there has to be towed and second why would I let Walmart auto care do anything more than they have done. For years I have taken my cars to Walmart without incident. This is the first mishap that I have had happened. I just want Walmart to take accountability how would they have touched the van if it was in for service and they knew the screw was overtightened.
