Antonio was quick to problem solve the issues and was able to get it running. He came backing the next morning to finish up after he got the needed materials. The TLDR Version: Air Supply Heating & Cooling was incredibly responsive, well priced and financing…read moreworked out seamlessly to have an Amana 4 ton GasPack installed within TWO days after our HVAC went out. The experience was great and I'll recommend them to everyone. It has been a little over a month since install and we did have one issue with the dual-stage nature of our unit. The unit kept short cycling, we had opted to go with a larger unit (4 ton vs. 3.5 ton) as the calculation needed put us right around a 3.6. Air Supply came out twice and did all that was needed to confirm that we just needed a different thermostat to properly handle the unit. All around it worked out great, we're now seeing energy efficiency and that will lead to savings... while keeping us very cool :D! Additonal context on what made Air Supply our final choice. We purchased a 29 year old home in April. My NIGHTMARE of home ownership is the HVAC going out in summer so we had one company come 'for a tune-up' and besides being outright lied to we learned that technicians are often just sales reps in... well tech clothing from a second company who was trustworthy but the financing terms did not align with our needs. Respectfully, if I wanted a sales rep I will just ask for one. A second company came out and told us the system should get through summer and call them for maintenance in fall/spring... Monday of this week the system stopped working. We called a company who got good reviews and I believed would be trustworthy given their support for military/veterans. We again got a 'sales tech' who couldn't even properly identify our current unit type and tried to sell us a Goodman basic system for well above market rate... so we kept looking. Air Supply used Goodleap the same financing firm and I found them to have very good feedback on google/yelp but also places like reddit... as I came to learn you really get to know a company's reputation on reddit. I called Air Supply on Tuesday and Lisa showed up towards the end of the day. She was so very wonderful to work with. It was refreshing seeing a binder of predetermined options, a consultation on what we wanted and recommendations on what we should get based on our feedback. We didn't just get another tech telling us BS about this or that and showing us pictures of 'our unit'. Gosh, one day our system was Trane the next day it was a York a few months earlier it was so old that all the identifiers were worn off (true stories from 3 different HVAC companies)... Lisa even was nice enough to send pictures of the old unit the next day AND the new one post install. As I told her, we're at a point where we know what we want, we know the rough pricing and in some ways it's a race to the bottom for who gives the best value and after seeing pricing... thankfully it was hands down Air Supply. Once we completed the paperwork, Lisa kept us updated through the whole process. Installation was on Thursday of the same week and went flawlessly. We got to chat a little with Jose and Victor who were excellent and very friendly. All around it was simply a wonderful experience. I very much value relationship based selling/customer experience with companies I interact with and Air Supply not only delivers that but does it at a fair price. One of our 3 units quit working in February of 2024 and this company told us we needed it replaced…read more The salesman told us he'd give us 3 smart thermostats for free. We had to call them out after the installation at least 5 times in the two summers after the install because it was blowing hot air when it turned on. They were nice enough to send out techs free of charge but to no avail it is now 2026 and we are still having problems. One of the service calls we were told that there was a clog. Another time we were gaslighted and told that it's the residual hot air from outside but then it cools down. But it could never keep up. We set it for 76 but can only get it to 78. Our first summer bill after the install was $950. The prior year with the old system it was $650. Then the next one a little over $1000. Repeat that the following year with calls requesting for servicing from them. So... our daughter hooked us up with her former employee who owns an AC business now. He came out and after doing some investigating of the unit itself he pulled off the UV light from the air handler in the garage. He noticed warm air right away which should be very cold. The air tested 76 degrees which is bad. The thermostat was wired wrong and BOTH the heater and AC have been turning on simultaneously!!! After he rewired the new thermostat we bought, it tested 38 degrees and we no longer sweat the bed as a result of fearing our next energy bill. All is working well now and I can actually get a chill. I was not about to call them out a sixth time. They are not skilled or something more sinister is at play. I don't know. I'm just so thankful that it is fixed because it has been very depressing having spent $15000 on a new system only to have extremely elevated bills. Be ware.

While we were talking they suggested a Duct less Mini Split Heat Pump which would not only cool the back room in the summer but also heat it in the winter. I decided to take that route. The were able to do the install just two days later. They did a fantastic job and located it in the most cost effective location. The work inside was done with great care and they even vacuumed the floor when they were done. The outside install is very neat and was done very professionally. The unit was expensive but came with a ten year warranty. I highly recommend the Rockwell Brothers.

That same day, they emailed proof of product registration with the manufacturer to us. The registration was necessary to start the 10-year warranty and showed the model and serial number. August 14, 2025, we called Elite to let them know the new AC was no longer blowing cold air. They came out and said the coil and some other component needed to be replaced. This was very surprising for a 5-month-old HVAC unit. So, we waited for Elite to come back and replace the defective parts. After waiting a few days, we had to call Elite to ask when they were planning on getting the AC up and running. They said they were waiting for parts and would get back to us once they arrived. Two weeks later, we still hadn't heard from them, so we called again. We were told they had to check with the technician to see what was going on and would call back. Another 2 weeks went by, and no word from Elite, so we called again. This time we were told the parts arrived damaged and were bow placed on back order. We were surprised no one at Elite bothered to give us this update. When we spoke with the "service manager," he said he would look into everything and call us back on Monday. Monday came and went with no word from him. We called them again and again and were given the same run around each time. "We need to check with the manufacturer, or check with the technician, etc., and get back to you. We called again, and they said since the parts are taking so long, we've decided to replace the defective HVAC unit completely. September 30, 2025, Elite came out and replaced the HVAC unit with a "new" unit. This time, we did not receive any proof of product registration. We did not know the model and serial number of the new unit they put on our roof, so, as it stands, it looks like we no longer have a 10-year warranty. Tired of their games and bad customer service, we filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which was what finally prompted them to come out and replace the unit. We asked for the proof of registration, and they said we needed to call them with any questions. We didn't have any questions. We were waiting for the product registration so we could be assured our new HVAC is under the promised 10-year warranty. This needs to be emailed to us and cannot be accomplished over the phone. To this day, Elite Heating & Air Conditioning has refused to send any documentation of our "new" HVAC unit. We have no model number, serial number, proof of product registration, or warranty. We were without AC for over 6 weeks during the summer, which prevented us from listing the home for sale or from being able to rent it. Either way, Elite has cost us a lot of money and grief. Flash forward to 7/30/2026. This house was sold and the buyers just informed us the AC has quit working. I called Elite to transfer the warranty to the new owners and they refused. Beware! They are total scam artists!
