Step by Step was the first to answer the phone and scheduled an appointment for 5 p.m. that day with Antonio who arrived promptly dressed in professional attire and had foot booties to cover his shoes prior to entering our home. Antonio replaced the burned out condenser fan motor and the run capacitor at a reasonable price without trying to upsell us and offered to refund and apply that amount towards a new system if ours needs to be replaced by the end of Summer. June 30, 2026 We had the best experience with Eric and his crew of kind and honest technicians. Long story short. Our unit (22 years old), finally went out on June 30th. We knew we were going to need to replace the unit and some point this year, but hadn't planned on it in the dead of summer, nor the same week that we had a pipe burst in the bathroom ceiling. From the moment they arrived, they were warm, friendly, and very respectful of my home and family.
