He picked us up from our Airbnb and drove us 45 mins out and back, while we blasted some rachet songs to sing haha. He would check in on us during the winery to see if we needed anything or have any questions, and he would offer to help us take multiple pictures. He also got one of the wineries to allow us to explore their cellars! On our last day in Austin, he drove by our airbnb to pick up someone else and honked at us as we waited for our uber. From the very beginning when I filled out a query online at their website, to the final drop off at our hotel, Jeff was amazing. He communicated directly with me to discuss what type of wine tour we were interested in, and made some suggestions for our tour. Everything, from the van cleanliness and comfort, to the lunch options, the winery selections was perfect! Everything exceeded our expectations. Since it was mid-week on a rainy day, we ended up being the only 2 people on the tour, and Jeff made it feel very personal and comfortable. We visited Andreucci, William Chris, and Texas Wine Collective. Every one of them provided wonderful tasting experiences, and we enjoyed them all, buying a couple bottles at each stop. I highly recommend Keidel Wine Tours. Their price is reasonable, the service impeccable, and the fun factor was high! They make it very easy to book over the phone--but don't be fooled. The real chaos starts when you try to confirm your reservation before check-in. Be prepared to jump through hoops: they require photos of your license plate, selfies, pictures of your rig, and your vehicle. It's excessive and frustrating. On top of that, we were stuck at the gate for two hours trying to get everything sorted out. Then come the surprise fees... * $30 cleaning fee (for an RV pad?!) * $19 damage insurance * $30 for the first day * $10/day "resort" fees None of this was clearly disclosed when booking over the phone. It feels like a classic bait-and-switch and a complete money grab. Bottom line: nice property, but the booking process, hidden fees, and customer service make it not worth the headache.

We were able to book about a month and a half out and Patrick was very easy to set things up with. After a little confusion regarding cars and schedule Saturday morning our driver, John, arrived. He was extremely courteous, gave a few suggestions regarding wineries and the basic plan for the day and was very nice to spend the day with. Patrick was obviously concerned with making sure we were getting the service we wanted and very friendly when we ending up running in to him at one of the wineries. All in all, this is a great service. They care about their customers having a good time and enjoying their trip. I would recommend them and use their service again in the future!
