When I went there to pay for the initial move and storage I realized they had NO place to actually store my stuff and were loading off of their trucks into a broke down semi!! And the overflow went into a po dunk pole barn. When I contacted them the day of my move in about the damage .. nothing was done. When I contacted them about my losses they ignored me and finally said if I contact them again their attorney would respond! Workers were kind but obviously needed SOME training.

I pulled that thing into Cloverleaf at least 3 times over the last year, when I had some question, or I found some damage. I was very low on money, at the end of my rope, and these guys came through for me again and again. They found a bunch of problems, answered all my questions, even did several simple repairs, and they didn't ever send me a bill. They just wanted to help me and build customer loyalty. After dealing with them, I made my parents promise that if they ever bought an RV they'd get it from Cloverleaf. I wish I could do more for them! They know what they're doing, and they were on my side. I am really stunned to see some negative reviews on here. That was not my experience at all. I frankly don't believe them.

I've been stolen from there twice in three years. They told me I was the only one robbed since the…read morebought the business 4 years ago. The first time was a storage unit, completely cleaned out. The second was a trailer and quad runner I bought a couple weeks earlier. Funny in both situations there was not good security video. In this day. I find it very difficult to believe. Especially the last one. They have cameras on both gates but convenient, they only save 8 days worth of video. Sounds sketchy to me. I will find the truth. Having worked with a competitor of theirs I was more than happy to give them a chance. They did not disappoint!! Everything was expertly and careful packed. Their experience really showed as they packed quickly but extremely well. Plenty of packing was used to keep our property safe during the across town move. Everyone worked so well together. Cory, Cody, Bert and Chris were super helpful and friendly. They were always so willing to please, and to make sure we were satisfied. After two days to complete our larger than usual move the price was well within the quoted price for the job. We saved loads of money over the other movers in town. I highly recommend them for your next move you won't be dissatisfied or disappointed!!

I personally did not have a good experience with this moving company. They were an hour and a half…read morelate and did not call the notify me. I had to call multiple times the morning of my move after multiple confirmations prior. They told me they had no move prior to me that day and showed up with a rented truck and very few pads to wrap my furniture, which were requested in advance multiple times prior to my move. The owner was the only effective mover. He brought two others workers and I literally ran circles around one of them, as he put his monster energy drink on my antique furniture multiple times. It was very frustrating to watch the crew move my items, bumping into walls, set drinks on my furniture and not wrap my furniture, as requested prior to moving items. I had much better success with the big companies that are local movers. The prices were also better with other moving companies. When they went to close out my transaction at the end of my move, they forgot about my $100 initial deposit as well as miscommunicated the dollar amount giving me multiple prices. I will not use this company again and was not pleased with my experience.
