They do a fantastic pedicure but anything regarding a manicure never fails. I've been here several times and they still can't get it right! I went and got just a manicure. I mean straight manicure, no tips, no color ( not even clear) They sprayed this stuff in a "disinfectant bottle" over my hands. I asked what was it- alcohol and they barely said yes so I'm not sure what was sprayed on my hands but I'm never returning. That's enough. My hands feel like sand paper. read more

We visited a salon in town for a gel refill and pedicure. We arrived an hour before closing we were greeted by staff who seated us and began service. My nail technician, an older gentleman, began shaving down my nails, applying thick acrylic, and skipped filing and shaping them altogether. I expressed my concerns, but they were ignored. I then requested another technician, but I was informed that the shop would be closing. My guest had a pedicure and was dissatisfied because the technician left callus and dry skin on her heels. Before closing, the technician locked all the customers in the store and refused to address my concerns about my nails. We left and had to pay $132 for the service. I highly recommend visiting another salon if you want a better service. read more

I asked for ombre SNS nails on my natural nails and I told them that I wanted to match my skin color, which is more beige tan color. They claimed that the powder they pick is what I wanted. Once it done, color isn't what I asked for. The nude color is too light. I don't want to have it redo and sit for another hour. Ask for the price! I was disappointed to find how much it was after! I am just amazed. This place is in the same area as home goods, so I decided to go. Really don't understand why I didn't check yelp reviews. My experience was horrible. I honestly do NOT recommend this place at all. At first I thought this would be a good experience. I walked in and the lady told me to get the polish, and seated me right away. Once I was seated everything was going good until my nail technician came and sat down. She not speak. She was very harsh on my nails. I only got a manicure, so why be hostile? My cuticles is a whole other story. I had gel on my right hand, and she took it off. The only thing was she was using a nail filer, and scrapped my nail bed too hard. I let it go. She proceeded to do my left hand while my right hand was soaking in acetone. It honestly looks like I had a child come cut them. It honestly looks like a rushed job, but really it took almost over 20 minutes for one of my hands to be done. The right hand had other problems going on. Once she took my gel off, she went right to my manicure. My nails were all shapes and sizes. Totally dissatisfied. After shaping, she went to push my cuticles back, and then you were suppose to clean under. That didn't happen at all. I got my cuticles cut, and she massaged me for a good 30 seconds. Finally I washed my hands and we went straight to polish. My polish was put on so ugly. It was pathetic. She missed corners of the nails. It looked like I did my nails myself. I won't ever recommend this place to anybody. It's a waste of money and time. They aren't professional. They speak about you in Vietnamese. It's true, they really do. My pedicure didn't even get a scrub, lotion, or oil. So what was even the point!!!!?? I asked for pink and white ombre and what I got was not even close to being ombre. After the 1st nail, I told the nail tech that I didn't think it looked like ombre she insisted it was ombre. And another couple of nails I suggested adding more pink to cover some of the white and give an ombre effect, she disagreed. What I got was the worst ombre I've ever seen!!! Got a manicure and pedicure on Sunday 5/15 for vacation like I typically do but then by Wednesday 5/18 I already had the polish of 3 nails peel off from my pedicure. By 5/19 the majority of the remaining nails had peeled off. I've never had this issue with a pedicure before, they typically last the whole vacation and then some but this happening in 3 days after I paid for a $15 upgrade for gel polish and $50-$60 total for the pedicure is not acceptable. I live in California & haven't had a pedi since shelter only place went into effect (I was actually in Oahu & got my last one there mid March) needless to say I was due & was excited that while visiting my daughter & granddaughter we could actually make a 3 generation trip of it & have a girls day. I made an appointment & we arrive a few minutes early. All the female workers wore masks however, the only male worker did not which I found odd. Even though he was not working on anyone he was still in contact with customers. All the polish was still out for anyone & everyone to touch as they please which of course my 6 year old granddaughter felt obligated to do & we had to keep reminding her of the new world we live in! They sat us all in a row & handed us all a menu to decide what we wanted. They then put the menus on a counter behind them for the next customer to use without sanitizing them. As for the actual pedicure..... it was a rush job to say the least. She then noticed at the end that she had messed up my big toe & proceeded to try & fix it. I didn't price how bad it was until we left. It was so uneven it was ridiculous!!!! My granddaughter could've painted it better!! We also noticed as we left that they put the next customer in our seats without sanitizing the chairs!! So please use caution & double check their work! I should have trusted the reviews before I went to this place. My initial visit was okay. Tee did my nails and I will not lie she is great. Second visit. I made an appointment. Arrived early and was told that Tee was behind. No big deal. 15 . . 20 . . . 25. . . minutes later I get a phone call from the owner that Tee could no longer do my nails. I was beyond frustrated, but I decided to wait for another nail tech. I told the owner what I wanted - A fill-in and ombre nails. He swore he had the perfect nail tech for me. I waited for another 20 minutes just to be told that the nail tech did not know how to do ombre. OMG!!! I said forget it - let's just do matte nails. So finally I get a tech and she pulls out nail clippers. Excuse me. Why? She looks confused. Apparently the owner told her I was getting a new set. Okay at that point I should have walked out, but I sat there. I informed her that no I am just getting a fill-in. So we get to the end and my nails don't look horrible, but she was definitely not at good as Tee. Then she proceeds to put top coat and I thought I was going to lose it. I wanted Matte. Matte. Matte!!!! She said she would fix it, but at that point I had been there for 2 hours so I said forget it. The owner did not even offer to discount the service. So I paid full price for a set of nail that are mediocre at best. *UPDATE* The next day my gel starts bubbling and chipping. Do not go here. Some of the staff do not have a license to work here very obviously. The techs are very sweet! But the work they do is awful, I had a tech who had no idea how to apply acrylic and had coworkers coming up behind her telling her how to do my nails. For $50 I would not like to be a practice doll. Soooo rude! When I arrived I showed a picture of the design I wanted to the nail tech. He says he can do it. Throughout the service I'm double checking to see if he can. Then once the nails are painted and it's time for the design he tries and fails while the other employees point and laugh. Then he asks the manager lady and she can't do it either. Then he gets in his car and drives away. And I'm like wait my nails aren't done... and she's like no one can do this style (simple x's at the tip of the nail). Just left after having THE WORST experience there. I came with the expectation of relaxing and unwinding after a hectic few weeks, but I left having to vent. I've been here before closing before so I didn't think I would come across the level of rudeness and unprofessionalism I did today. Came for a basic honey sugar pedicure and full set gel acrylics. $65 flat. I get seated and even though I've stated what I wanted, I still am getting upsold. This was pissing me off bc I already knew what I wanted and stated it. I just wanted to listen to music and relax. So since she wasn't getting me to bend, she tried to push for me to get gel polish ($15 upcharge with 25$ pedicure) on my feet. LISTEN: if I was going on a vacation, this would be my option, but for a busy mom like myself, the basic do just fine. At this point I had to be blunt and just say: My budget doesn't allow that this time, /smiles/ but thank you. I get an eye roll. (I get it. She's tired but that's just rude) That didn't matter. Next the girl who is suppose to do my hands takes a look at my nail bed and loudly says, "OH GIRL YOU HAVE NO NAILS." Before everybody. At this point I know everybody could see it in my face the level of embarrassment I felt. I don't give a damn what my condition is, you don't state that publically and you treat me with respect. At this point I felt every passive aggressive cue from both of them. From them talking smack before my face and making hand gestures towards me, to the micro-aggressive statement about my hair and suggestion I get long nails with nail design as if I'm in the fucking "Playas club" If you catch my drift. The entire time I was there I wasn't relaxed and rather pissed off that I would be treated this way when I always come here with my headphones on and never going back and forth with a said professional. It's classless for such an aesthically classy place. LOOKS ARE DECEIVING. The next thing was when it came to cutting my nails. I originally stated I wanted short nails, they suggested medium, cut them to medium, and then continued to tell me it wouldn't work for my no nail bed hands. Tbh they immediately assumed I wanted long nails and my service was definately tense bc I told her I've done my nails before and I never get long nails because I am a mom and work on computers, so please don't educate me on something I've been doing since I was a teenager. That didn't matter. She proceeded to talk more smack with more of the workers as I had 3-4 all crowded around my table. I was seated at #16 on 7/25 I don't care what kind of day you have, you don't take out your aggression on people based on their race or ethic background. I felt like my experience was tainted to the point where I even had TWO DIFFERENT techs shaping them and buffing my nails. Since when it this a thorough service?? She was working so fast to get out of there it was OBVIOUS! I just know this type of service wouldn't be passed on if I wasn't prejudged as I walked thru the door. It was obvious and classless. I was very nervous about going back to the nail shop just after quarantine but a friend told me that she felt safe when she went here and received quality service. I completely agree and have now come here twice. I've made an appointment both times and the place has not been overly crowded, customers are spaced out very well, the staff wears masks and are separated by a plexiglass that you just slide your hands through and they clean after each client. I've only seen Christina because that's who was recommended to me and she is perfection!! She's very particular about her work and constantly asks if you approve with what she is doing and wants to make sure you are happy. I love that! Bad performance quality and horrible service!!! Went in Sunday afternoon for SNS and when I got home I realized most of my nails are weirdly shaped, not the same length and going in different directions. Went in Monday morning (the day after) to ask if I can come back in a few days to fix them (was on my way to work so didn't have time right then and there and didn't want to abuse my nails one day after the other - let's face it, all of these materials are not the best for our nails). The guy at the front said they will only be willing to fix it now and that if I come back in a few days I will have to pay full price. When I asked for the manager he said she's not there and when I asked him to write her name so I could call in a few days he said his English wasn't good so he can't and just walked away. When his colleague took his place she gave a different day when the manager would come in and said that if I'll come back on Friday I will have to pay half the price.
