Oh, Fix Cafe. I continue to dream about you in the mornings, when I'm desperate for a relaxing environment, with the friendliest staff and best cafe mocha I have had in my life (you NEED to do this with the local Oat Milk), or each and every time I order a coffee from a subpar chain... Our visit to Nita Lake Lodge was early January 2019 and making Fix Cafe part of our morning routine made me so stinking happy! Cafe mocha every morning. And then for food- the egg sandwich was excellent, as well as the pumpkin chocolate muffin. The thing kept me full till lunch hours later! There must be power grains in that thing. My husband really liked their fresh shakes (get the orange one with carrot and turmeric. Yum yums. And it will help clear you out so perhaps don't drink it before a morning on the slopes) and the bacon biscuit. All and all and fabulous little cafe that will be on my list to go back to on our next visit! read more

Used to be a great, cosy cafe in Nita Lake Lodge, inside and outside seating, and a fire inside, so nice whether it's a summer day or middle of winter. Sadly though, they decided to follow the other coffee houses in Whistler and became a nightclub posing as a cafe. Blasting dance music at 7:30 am, so I have to shout to have a conversation, so much for cosy, oh well. read more

Hidden gem of a bakery. Every time I come to whistler I return here just for their lemon blueberry scones, even if it means driving over when staying in the main village of Whistler. The cafe is the perfect spot for a quick breakfast before that days adventures - cozy, quick, and never crowded. Their blueberry scones are to die for, my boyfriend and I get 4 every time we come - 1 for then and 1 to take home with us! read more

Love this little Deli/Cafe located inside the Nita Lake Lodge! They have fresh pastries, breakfast/lunch sandwiches, delicious coffees, teas and juices. Start out the morning right with some yummy food and great morning conversation. The service is extraordinary and it really is exciting to have a cafe on the premises that offers so many items. I recommend the Nita Muffin and the bacon cheddar bun both are mouth watering. We have 2 days left on our mountain getaway so I am sure I will have the opportunity to try many more things! Fix Cafe is located inside the Nita Lake Lodge and opens at 7AM every morning. The cafe is comfortable, has free wifi and has your typical coffee shop scones, muffins, salads, soups and sandwiches. What stands out is their lamb pie. Amazingly lean, yet succulent meat without all the heavy gravies that are usually found in pies. My husband ate 2 of them this morning and I had 1 myself. read more

During my business trip to Whistler, BC we had a few lunches at Fix Café. It's located within the Nita Lake Lodge plaza. The food is prepared fresh every day and has an organic flair. They serve a variety of pastries and breads, as well as soups, salads and sandwiches. Each day there is something new on the menu. During the summer they grow their own herb garden. The location is off the path from the Village, but this is a local favorite and has a warm atmosphere with great views of the mountains. Service is friendly and they offered complementary cucumber flavored water, very refreshing. read more

The setting of this coffee shop is really sweet and quaint. They looked like they had tons of delicious healthy options but I was there for one thing - a latte. I've been on a search for the best lattes in all the places I have explored recently. Since this was the highest rating I thought I would try it. The flavour of the coffee was great but it wasn't very creamy and smooth. It would be great for an Americano but the latte wasn't even close to others I've had recently. My search shall continue in the Whistler area :) read more

Can I give 10 stars??? My friend and I arrived a minute before closing with 6 very hungry, thirsty children. The chef made my day. I would give 10 stars if I could. What a "chef's special"! On the way to Joffrey lakes hike, I went in to get some lunch. I was a bit irritated to see that there was no printed or written menu although I think there is some on the screen. Asked the server what can I get for lunch, she said we prepare whatever you want. Then she said we also have the chef's special which is some sort of turkey melt. I don't generally like melts but I did not want to come up with my own sandwich so I said fine. Then I went over and looked around when the chef prepared the sandwich and came out from his station to hand it over to me. He said he was sure I will like it. A touch of friendliness or personal gestures go a a long way. On the way back he also seemed to talk to one other elderly customer and seemed to remember her from a few days back. The sandwich itself was out of the world. It was not the usual flow-y melt. It had a nice thick slab of turkey with some corn, dried raspberry, pesto, a bit of molten cheese, and avocado puree all of this between a beautiful, surely freshly-backed at cafe, rosemary ciabatta. It was grilled to perfection. I ate the sandwich on the way in the car while driving and still could see the difference in quality. I also had a chai-latte which was on the colder side and average. The whole 1 hour drive and a 3 hour hike after that, I never got hungry. Thanks! read more

Came here for breakfast: Coffee and chai latte were excellent!! Great range of dairy free milks. Breakfast options limited to baked goods and breakfast sandwiches/ oatmeal. Thought there would be better vegan options given it's attached to Nita Lake (vegan chef). Lots of compostable plastic packaging (juice, chia pudding, salads, fruit cups) and juices are premade so can only order what is left in the fridge. Service has been great at times and also borderline. Would come back for coffee and a treat! read more

Staff was not able to present a pleasant environment... Didn't greet or any but forcefully ask what we wanted in a monotoned voice! Drinks are too bland to be good... I'm an easy order of just black coffee, no cream or sugar. Gave them a chance to surprise me with a turmeric latte only to find myself dissatisfied! Ugghhhh! read more

Nice atmosphere, in a semi luxury hotel not far from Whistler Village in Creekside. The staff was friendly and helpful. I asked one of the servers about the cake they offered. At the time it was angel cake. I asked if It was any good and she replied she had never tried it because it would make her fat. Kinda funny way to sell something to a customer, she almost convenience me not to buy it. But who doesn't love cake? It wasn't too sweet, but just right, cake layer was maybe a bit thick and not super moist. But still enjoyable. Would probably go back if I'm in the area early in the morning. read more

The Nita front desk raved about this places' pastries bc they supposedly have their own pastry chef. The pastries did look good. I just bought a chocolate chip cookie. I usually like my cookies soft but this one was pretty hard. It also had a slight cinnamon taste and a bland taste. I also got some pure vegetable soup which was good. A good place to grab a quick breakfast or a bite to eat before you head to the airport. I would of tried some other pastries. read more

This place was great for a quick lunch. We ordered the daily special, but while waiting the chef came out and apologized because they ran out of the special! He was nice enough to suggest a different sandwich and we left with some pumpkin soup and granola goodie! read more

Excellent selection of healthy food. They bake all of their own breads and pastries. And sell loaves of bread. Today I'm having their potato-leek soup and a quinoa salad. Vegan and gluten free choices available, all prepared fresh and overseen by a chef. read more
