It's my first time in Whistler, and I wanted to try one of the local coffee shops. I decided on Moguls after seeing a photo of their maple hazelnut latte on Yelp because it looked so good. I ordered a 12 oz hot latte, and was pretty good. The espresso was strong and flavorful, and surprisingly, the drink wasn't overly sweet. I expected the maple and hazelnut syrups to make it much sweeter, but the flavors were well balanced. It was also very creamy. I'd definitely recommend it if you enjoy a strong latte that's not too sweet. They also sell sandwiches and baked goods. I was really tempted to try the giant oatmeal cookie, but I noticed a fly roaming around on top of it, which quickly changed my mind. 10/10 would recommend this cafe as a perfect study spot at Whistler if you're looking for just the perfect amount of sunshine. I had originally wanted to take the outdoor seating location but decided it may be a little too chilly so opted for the indoor option with the same view and sun exposure. The best part is their non-coffee drink selection, including matcha, turmeric and London fog. I got the turmeric latte and it was just right in sweetness. I stuck around till lunch time, I would've given their sandwiches and croissant sandwich a try if I didn't have lunch plans already. Their cinnamon or blueberry blunt cake also looks scrumptious. Cute little coffee house with indoor and outdoor seating available, although indoor seating is pretty limited. They close very early at 5pm, but the barista up front was nice enough to let me borrow a phone charger and get some battery into my nearly dead phone. The cortado was nice and strong. read more

I was pleasantly surprised to see the prices were not exorbitant, but in line with a typical high end coffee shop. I ordered a Cafe Mocha and a Chipotle Chicken Wrap. Both were prepared quickly and they tasted delicious. As seen in the pictures, it's important to recognize that Moguls does not have a ton of space and seating. While I didn't get coffee at Moguls, I did get a breakfast bacon wrap. I really wanted to be able to added egg to their croissant sandwich, but for some reason they were not capable of mastering that culinary technique, despite offering bagel breakfast sandwiches with egg on them. But whatever. The breakfast wrap was pretty good, but nothing to write home about. The atmosphere was comfortable, and the staff didn't seemed overwhelmed by the steady line coming thru the door. Excellent espresso coffees served here. I had to buy a bag of their espresso beans because they were so good--had a slightly fruity taste typical of South American beans, with a slightly sweet and roasted nut taste. Strong recommendation for their espressos/lattes! read more

Food 10/10 The best coffee in Whistler Village. A great pick-me up before heading up the mountain to ski. I went there multiple times during my stay, and there was always a line out the door. I got the latte with almond milk and it was very very good. Atmosphere 6/10 A very tight space, very narrow so it's a bit hard to get past people, two or three high-top tables. Definitely not suitable for working. Service 7/10 A little slow, even though there were a lot of people behind the counter. Can't blame them though, because the coffee is delicious. read more

Very busy local favourite in the heart of Whistler Village. They serve breakfast, various hot drinks and delicious sweets. Great for a 'small' treat or bite. Staff is very friendly, everything looks freshly made daily. Be prepared for a 15-20 minute wait on all drinks. They're very eco friendly as 99% of their consumer waste is compostable. I got a delicious egg nog latte here one morning before skiing around New Years and the service was quick and friendly. The latte was just right - no complaints on flavor! So glad I came here for my morning coffee! I'm always on the search for the next great coffee spot and I was not disappointed by Moguls! I was in Whistler for a family trip and about half of us wanted to try Moguls and the other half went to Starbucks. I'm so happy I went with the Moguls crew (it was my suggestion after all), because we got our coffee so quickly while the Starbucks gang had to wait about 20 min for theirs! The inside is relatively small since Whistler is usually busy with lots of people, so you gotta find a good spot to wait (or go outside). But that doesn't take away from the quality of the coffee they have and the overall experience. I ordered an extra hot mocha - my usual order - and three chai lattes. All of our orders came out right and tasted really good! I also love that they have sandwiches and pastries, I'll have to come back for those though! read more

Moguls is an absolute staple in my family whenever we're in Whistler. The food and coffee both taste amazing. We love their muffins, giant cookie, and breakfast burritos. We've been coming for 20+ years and it's unfortunately changed a lot over the years; the food items are much smaller now and the prices have gone up a lot. I enjoyed my quick stop into Moguls while visiting Whistler! The sign for smoothies caught my eye, and I wasn't disappointed upon walking in. They had 4-5 options, all of which were gluten and dairy free and had a good amount of protein (14-18g, depending on flavor). I chose the Blue Mango Matcha, which had some greens, matcha, and other goodness I can't remember at the moment. It was really tasty, and filling, too! The price point was about what I'd expect (roughly $9). The space is small, so better for a quick stop in to get your drinks and goodies, then take away or enjoy outside. With such an interesting and diverse menu and friendly baristas working, it's definitely worth a visit next time you're in Whistler! read more

I ordered a smoothie there yesterday and it was $10 for a medium sized smoothie. It was terrible and for a chocolate banana smoothie you'd think it would taste more like chocolate. Don't waste your money on burnt coffee from Starbucks or sugar syrup and milk filled drinks with no coffee flavor if you want real tasty coffee then you need to visit this coffee joint! I tried multiple different bakeries and coffee shops around whistler this Memorial Day weekend visit but this was by far my favorite. The coffee here is legit and the barista maker is skilled. I tried the americano once and latte second time before leaving and I was so satisfied by the flavor , smoothness and rich was of the coffee. Even had the banana nut muffin here which was delicious. They also have some good breakfast and lunch snack items including a breakfast burrito which was very popular amongst the visitors. The service here is great and hosts are friendly. However since they know how to make it properly, it takes a little while to get your drink so have some patience if it's busy it will be totally worth it! read more
