Not happy that Fix It Quick sent 2 plumbers and 2 trucks to snake a clogged drain, which was the only service we requested. In the end, they did not clear the drain, but charged over $100, which they said they would credit to having them hydrojet the drain. But their estimate to hydrojet was 50% above another estimate, so I hired a different company that got the job the next day. I've had a handle problem in my shower for years, were the washer wears out on on often and causes the shower head to drip like crazy. I've always used the same plumber, who I thought was honest, etc. etc. This time, however, I thought I'd try Yelp projects as I've had really good luck with everything else i've used them for. We were in the middle of a sizable renovation when we encountered blockage along the drain from the kitchen sink. This happened late on a Friday evening. We called Fix It Quick Plumbing and made an appointment with them for the following Monday morning. Jonathan arrived on time and made an attempt to unclog the drain. Camera inspection revealed structural damage to the original 1956 pipe. We decided to replace the line, as we had also done several years earlier in a different part of the house. Armando came to our house on the same day to help us with a leak that DWP says we have. He also put a new cap on one of our old water lines to make sure that it wasn't the source of the leak. He's going to continue to help us for the next few days to see what's going on because DWP is saying that we are using an awful lot of water! I put the new Flume on & it shows that I'm using 60 gallons of water per hour at night?! (How can that be while we are sleeping?) So Armando is going to help us solve this issue. They will not disappoint you!! I had the pleasure of a service technician name Faustino who was amazing and very professional. He was transparent on what work he will do and respectfully of the property! We had a leaked on the main line from DWP to the house and Faustino was on top of this. He came in the same day and got a hold of a leak detection company Curmax Leak Detection. They were able to find the leak and next day Fautino was here with replacement pipe and all his gear. Finished the job in an hour and a half. The price is very reasonable and fair and he did not push me to get anything that was not needed. Today marks job number three for us using this company. First and second jobs were hydro-jetting the sewer and drain pipes separably and fixing a sump pump's piping. Third, job was today 11/13/2025, which was replacing about 15 feet each side of a condo's drain pipes, that had about 25 feet of roots. The job was originally supposed to take two days. Fortunately the team that showed up came a few minutes early, got set up, and knocked out both sides a little before 3:00 PM with the start time around 8:00 AM. I am extremely happy with this company and will be 100% using them in the future. They originally worked on my brother's house a little over two years ago and we've kept in contact with them for various other jobs. They are also great about giving appointments pretty quickly. So far cost-wise they are either cheaper or on par with other companies I've gotten quotes from. At the end of the day, I'm sure if they quoted more than someone else, I would still choose this company because they are quick and do good work. read more

When I first contacted Fix It Quick, I thought I had one slab leak. They found two different leaks due to the previous owners setting up the plumbing below code These guys went above all expectation and really made sure we were taken care of, all at a very fair price and with excellent communication.
