He brings his shop to you home and finishes most jobs in an hour or two at the most. Color Creation has put my faith back into the car repair business. A while ago I backed my brand new Jaguar into a pole and scratched up the paint and made the bumper surface uneven. I had originally hired a man that came to my door and he wound up causing more damage to my car. He didn't even repair the unevenness, sprayed spray paint on my car, let it drip, didn't even color match, got clear coat all over one of my tail lights, and then sprayed glossy black spray paint all over the bottom black part of my bumper. Feeling upset about it and out 200$ I drove my car around dirty for a little over a month because you couldn't tell it was messed up when covered in dirt, but who wants to drive around their brand new car dirty and botched? I had to do something. A few weeks ago, my dad recommended Color Creation to me as he's had amazing work done on his cars by the company( Mercedes S 63 AMG and Corvette Stingray fixed to perfection!). i called Color Creation and spoke to Rod for a quote on what they could do to fix this. Today he came out to my house and repaired everything for 500$, much better than the thousand dollar quote i got from a body shop. His craftsmanship is amazing as you can't even tell i backed into a poll or had shorty work done to the car from the prior repair man. My BMW 335 sits about two inches off the ground and front fender damage happens all the time. I have pulled the bumper three times to have it painted but since I am selling the car decided to risk using a mobile service. I couldn't be any happier. Pete did it in the driveway where I work in a few hours and it looks as good as new and cost less then half of what I pay to get the bumper removed and painted. With so many 5 star ratings for Color Creation and Rod ,I figured another 5 star rating will go unnoticed but here goes. I only had my new Dodge Ram a couple weeks when I had my head under my arm and scratched the front bumped againf a concrete wall at the car wash. Big Red won't fit were my 4Runner did. Anyway the right front corner of the bumper was a scratched up mess, looked terrible. I fouind Color Creation on line and decided to call them. Rod said not to worry, he could fix it and made an appointment. The next morning he was in my driveway at the appointed time. I never realized there were so many steps to repair a bumper properly, I watched as he worked for over 2 hours to fix the damage. When he got done it looked like it never even happened. Rod Rocks. Period. If you're nervous about somebody coming to your house ( I was) , you've probably spent a bit of time researching mobile bumper repair. How to pick? well, I picked Rod because of the Yelp reviews, and here I am giving him a great review. Rod was right on time, pulled up his van with the compressor, paint mixing computer, paints and spray gun and did the job right in the driveway. He sanded, bonded, primed, painted and clear coated right in front of me, all in the amount of time he quoted. Car looks like new. Great guy. I loved not having to drop off, leave my car a day or two, get a ride, yada yada. So don't. Call Rod. The paint is a better match tan when i had a previous fix a a body shop. Seriously. I was impressed with Rhod's professionalism right from the start. I explained to him over the phone the damage done to my front bumper on a 2009 Accord. Given that it was half falling off, and clearly had damage to the underlying hardware, he indicated it probably needed to be completely replaced. He gave me an estimated range for a new aftermarket bumper, but said he would get an exact quote and call me back, which he did in 5 minutes. There was damage to one of the fog lights and he clearly explained that if that was damaged or the brackets holding either fog light were broken they would have to be replaced. Turns out the brackets were busted, but he was able to get them for a mere $20 at a dealer. He actually called 6 different dealers and then drove to Westminster to get the parts so the car could be finished when he said. I also had Color Creation fix four dents on one side above the wheel well and it came out great for $145 bucks, extra. And the bumper looked perfect too. I was very impressed with the fit of the bumper as well as the great paint match. I had to drive from South Orange County to the shop in Placentia because it was a complete bumper replacement, but it was well worth the trip. I priced other places before using Color Creation and think I got a good deal. I would highly recommend Rhod and the work his company does. read more
