I worked with Daniel to repair the undercarriage of my car as well as replaced the interior door panel on my driver side He was very knowledgeable, very patient with any questions I had, and was very open about my options. I never once felt like they were trying to charge me or rip me off. The clips are my undercarriage came in pretty fast however there was some trouble finding an appropriate door panel for my car. Daniel did keep me updated and communicated with me all throughout and was very transparent about any changes that need to be made. You can tell that he cared about the quality of the part that was coming in. The bottom of my car and my door is working great now. I even asked about a small paint chip and they addressed that for me. They did the least invasive option and then he said that if it's not to my liking to just give him a call and then we can discuss any further options that I may want to do. I have dealt with my fair share of Tesla service centers and collision centers, both first and…read morethird-party. I have owned a Tesla since 2014 so let me tell you, I've see some ****. With that said, TSK Tesla Service is the absolute best service center I have ever been to in my 12 years of owning a Tesla. Had a hit and run happen to me, and with the help of some law enforcement, was able to get info from the other side. I came here for a quote and Sam was very helpful in giving me an accurate estimate (it ended up being very close in the end) and also explaining to me the process of the insurance. Had I listened to the law enforcement, I would have been dealing with a much longer case, as Sam recommended I do not get my insurance involved at all and only file with the opposing side. I dropped off my car in the first week of February and got my car back in the first week of March. Most of the delay had to do with insurance and supplements and adjuster approvals/rejections which opposing insurance kept trying to involve me but Sam was glad to take care of everything when I forwarded the communication to him. I was probably a pain in the butt calling them and asking for an update every week but Sam and Sergei were very awesome people to work with. They were able to provide me a rental for the duration of the repair and it was a equivalent/higher model than my car so that was nice. On the final day upon pickup, the repair was done perfectly and they also ended up fixing a hinge issue with my trunk that they noticed while working on the car. This was a very pleasant surprise, because since I purchased my current car in 2023, Tesla's official service center has repeatedly told me that there is no hinge issue with my trunk despite me bringing to them multiple times for closure and striker issues. I said NOTHING to TSK about it and yet they noticed and fixed it. That's some stellar service right there, going above and beyond what the expectation was. Picking up the car, the exterior and interior was all cleaned up very nicely and some light detailing was done. Got some cool merch too from TSK which is always a nice touch. Small things like that show that TSK really does care about their customers. Glad to also hear they are opening up another location in Santa Ana, so I could recommend it to my parents who live closer over there. Thanks for everything, TSK!

I knew repairing a…read moremachined rim wasn't gonna be easy, but I was hoping it'll be an improvement compared to the curb rash itself, which was an eyesore. Ryan responded quickly, sent him photos, and he got back to me with a quote that beat everyone else's' I contacted. We scheduled the service. He showed up on time and finished the job in less than 20 minutes. Considering it was a machined rim, I wasn't expecting it to be 100% like new, after repairs, but Ryan got it 95% there which is more than what I was hoping for.
