He was courteous and professional on arrival, and sounded like he knew what he was doing. After performing a leak test on both ends of my gas hose, he suggested the issue was likely the large amount of rust that had built up around the connection point and offered to clean it and re-season it. He spent a couple hours cleaning and polishing it and several days after maintenance, I am pleased to say that my oil heat up time has gone down from 2 hours to about 50 minutes; he also explained how and when to perform the maintenance going forward, and recommended the tools and products to do it myself. He walked outside to look at the vent and came back in to inform me it was clogged and said we would need to have our dryer vent cleaned. It was just cleaned in the fall. The next day I went out to inspect the vent. The cover had a little lint on it but nothing big. I pulled off the vent cover and the vent was clean. This was pure laziness on this tech's part. And he's the owner of the business! I contacted the business to ask them to return and they decided not to. What a sham of a business.
