Not only did he install the part and get it going immediately, he went through my whole dryer to make sure all was well AND he even cleaned out the vent! He could have easily charged me for a brand new part (which was quite a bit more), but instead he took the time to repair what I had. Now it works perfectly! This is what you get when you hire people with integrity and a work ethic...something we don't often see much anymore. I will definitely use this company again.

He worked very efficiently and gave me a detailed breakdown of what parts had failed, what would be involved in replacing it, how long it would take to get the needed parts, and exactly what the cost would be. When he returned with the needed parts a few days later, I asked if he could look at some issues we had with our kitchen stove, and he very kindly went over all the burners and the oven parts with me, going into the "innards" of the oven to diagnose in detail what was going on. He clearly explained what was going on with our clogged burners, clearing them on the spot, and showing me exactly what was going on with the main oven and broiler igniters (both of which clearly needed replacement; he took photos that showed exactly what was going on inside my oven). When it became clear that the broiler igniter was backordered, he went out on E-Bay to find one that could be delivered within a week. The full repair estimate was VERY reasonable and clearly conveyed to me - and it was less than half of what another appliance repair person had told us (without supporting details) when we tried to fix our stove before. I would heartily recommend OMG and their excellent tech Anton for any home appliance repairs - they're rock stars!!

Within two years, we noticed several issues - loudness, the door not closing easily, and most troubling - a black substance dripping from the door panel. Costco called "Doctor Jay" to come out and service the door. He said the loud noise was normal, fixed the crooked door, and "took care" of the black substance (an oil), stating it wouldn't leak again. Within a week, the oil dripped on the floor again. When I called this service person back, they said there was nothing they could do about the continued leaking oil. So I called Costco again for service. When they spoke with "Doctor Jay," he said that I, the customer, told him we didn't want him to come back, which was a lie. Several weeks later, the door is slighly crooked and not closing smoothly again. Totally unimpressed.

After our own research, we discovered that Samsung had actually renumbered the PCB and we found a local part shop that had one available. Ravi came back out to install it and got our washing machine quickly working again. Ravi was very knowledgeable and friendly; he showed up promptly during the appointment windows too!
