Today I went in to have a flat fixed on my wife's car. I had to drop off wheel and come back. Then they charged me $60 when everywhere else a flat repair cost $30. They claimed I couldn't measure a rim with a tape measurer, despite me producing images of measurement between the original OEM rim and the one they sent. Started replying in all caps towards the end. I had to escalate to eBay in order to have the purchase refunded. The whole process took 3 weeks. Now I have a paperweight rim that I'm probably going to turn into a coffee table. I left a Google review and they responded with lies. Hopefully others will navigate here. See the attached pictures for the absolute disgrace this business is. The return slip (a single one) they took a photo of (not even a PDF) they sent was outside of eBay's return process so they wouldn't get flagged and could relist the rim to scam someone else. This past week had my truck in due to noise when I hit bumps or potholes.. after it was repaired during the test drive they noticed the right front caliper was sticking, this was repaired by them in January when I had front end work done. It was under their warranty and they fixed it with no issues. They are honest, and perform excellent work. Great value for the cost of auto repairs today.
