During my manicure, she suddenly left in the middle of my service to take another appointment, leaving me sitting there. I understand being busy, but the service felt rushed and impersonal. It honestly felt like because I wasn't an established client, I was given very basic service. If you're looking for a quick, basic manicure and pedicure, this may be fine. But if you expect attention to detail and quality service, I would not recommend it.

When I got there and said I was there for an appt, scheduling was off because they thought I was supposed to come in at 4pm when I made it for 5:30. We cleared it up and I sat a Mr. Ray's booth. He was so nice. The lady at the counter was so nice. She offered water or wine and I went with water. He helped me open it when I needed to take a sip. Ray did my nails in record time my far, he's amazing. I got the dipping powder with tips and color 319 I believe, a glittery purple. Why? I dunno, it looked pretty. Seems like Monday nights are ideal because I was the only one in there so I'll keep that in mind. Thanks!

I opted for an ombre look from natural pink at the root, to white at the tips. On two nails on each hand, I wanted an intricate design. Lisa was able to recreate the design from my photo exactly. One of my nails was literally ripped in half before my appointment (I hadn't been eating well for that month), but she was able to fix my nail and get to work. After she was finished, you couldn't tell it was broken at all. The nail salon itself was clean and felt peaceful. Something's changed :( I know they changed owners a while back, but I have been a few times since…read morethen. The last 3 times I've come for a pedi, the salon has been pretty empty, and quiet. My usual girl Ly isn't around and I've gotten pedis from the male tech that works there. When he's scrubbing and cutting etc, I don't think he even considers non-verbal cues, and each time it's been way too rough, scrubbing the front of my shin to the point of me having to stop him (hint: use some force on the balls/soles of my feet instead, that's what hurts). Today, he just kept cutting and pulling at an ingrown nail. Yeah, it got fixed, but... try a little tenderness? The water is up to me to test. He turns it on, says go... it's cold. Once it was so hot when he told me to put my feet in... hello, YOU check first? The first time I had a pedi from him, in an empty space, 25 min before closing time, he came and said "done!" and turned off my chair, basically rolled it up with me in it and let me know I was finished. But I could've easily sat for another 10 minutes...wouldn't have made a difference to them but it did to me. I thought coming in on a weekend morning would offer me more options but today's was a third strike. I really wish it was as good as it used to be, because I love supporting my local shops. Out of loyalty, I might give one more chance, but this should be relaxing and enjoyable, not rushed and painful.

I tried multiple ones here and found Anna and Ooh La La Nails last year and have been very happy. I love OPI polishes and don't want any other brand. I do hope they will continue to order the new colors as they become available. It is very important to me. I get the SNS dip and the Ooh La La pedicure at each visit. While they do greet customers when they arrive, the staff doesn't come across as particularly friendly or welcoming. During my second visit for a pedicure, the technician had to repaint my big toe twice, which made me question the quality of the service. I also got a full set with two designs, and instead of hand-painting the artwork as expected, stickers were used. To make matters worse, after only about a week and a half, four of my nails started lifting from the cuticle area. I'm not sure what products or glue were used, but I've had full sets last much longer without this issue. What bothered me most was that while I was getting my nails done, another employee loudly commented that I needed my eyebrows done. It felt unnecessary, unprofessional, and embarrassing to hear that in front of other customers. For a pedicure and full set with two designs, I paid $180, which felt overpriced for the quality of service I received. They also only accept cash tips, which is inconvenient since customers cannot add a tip when paying by card. The Wi-Fi was poor as well. Overall, the customer service, professionalism, and quality did not match the price. Based on my experiences, I won't be returning.
