Ken was reliable, professional, and made sure we didn't have to worry about transportation at all on our wedding day. He was very kind and took care of us like his own. We rented a party bus for the bridal party and it arrived early, which was great. The shuttle service taking guests from the hotel to reception was super efficient and Ken himself stayed late at the end of the night to ensure everyone got back to the hotel. We hired at your service for our Daughter's wedding we had a 11:00 am pickup on the contract and it was for a one way ride. I was quoted $216.00 , the driver showed up at our location we left our home no later than 11:20 and arrived-at our destination no later than 11:50. He demanded an additional $60.00 for overtime. When I confronted him via phone conversation he stated that we were charged overtime because he waited at the house for us to come out. I would totally understand this change if the service he provided was not within the hours of 11:00 and 12:00. Beware of his pricing !!!! read more

This company deserves 5 out of 5 stars.....At a wedding on Sept. 5th 2015 AYSLimo did something extraordinary for a special couple on their wedding day which is just class all the way. For some reason there was an issue with the original limo planned for the gathering. They brought in another limo without a hitch and they didnt miss a beat. instead of a seven passenger vehicle , they were able to use the absolute beauty 22 person stretch for the wedding. This is the best limo service. He arrived early, got us to our destination and picked us up on time. The price did not change. We were a group of 12-14 women. We were singing, dancing and laughing the entire ride and he never once said to lower our voices. The car was so state of the art we couldn't figure out how to hook up our phones, lol. We had a fantastic experience with At Your Service Limousines. The owner of the company, Ken Jackson, personally picked us up and hosted our day. Prior to the pick up, he asked us what our drink of choice was and assured to have more than enough for us on the limo. Additionally, the limo was decorated nicely and fit a party of 16 people very comfortably. Beyond that, the reason At Your Service deserves a 5 stars is because Ken himself went above and beyond to take care of the bride on an incredibly rainy day. We did all our photo's outside waiting for the rain to go from pouring to a drizzle and each time it slowed down, Ken would take a step stool out of his trunk so the bride could get out of the Limo easily, he'd then proceed to hold an umbrella over her head having complete disregard for how wet he was getting and would maintain the umbrella until the photographer was ready. He was incredibly thoughtful and helped us make the best out of the day. I highly recommend this company. Ken, thanks again for everything you did for us. read more

Dependable, reliable, easy to work with for corporate travel and special events . Cars and super stretches are always clean and reservationists are always courteous. Best thing about this company is that the drivers actually know where they are going instead of asking you how to get somewhere when you get in the car....oh and they all speak English which seems like a hard thing to come across now a days in the Chicagoland transportation business. read more

Ken Jackson was our driver and was Very professional and courteous. Returned phone calls very promptly and was very reasonable. I had a party of 8 going to an Event downtown in a 10 person stretch. Showed up early and was there before we were done with our event and followed up with a call to let us know where to find him. Horrible! I used them for my wedding last year. I thought it was a good deal. Man was I wrong. On the day of my wedding the driver (owner of the co- guy who I set it up with) came to my house WITHOUT any decorations on the vehicle like promised. That was not a huge deal, but still they said they would. Between the reception and ceremony I had asked the recpetionist (wife of the owner/driver) if I could hav ethe driver take the kids in my wedding for a ride around the block in the limo, so they felt included. She told me it was no problem. After the wedding I found out that he blatenly refused and said NO IT is NOT IN THE CONTRACT. He sat there for 2 hours and wouldnt do anything. The worst part was on the way to the reception. We went to Palos Country Club. We gave him the address and he had a GPS and said he knew where he was going. We told him where to go and he went on the wrong turn. BEFORE he did that my husband rolled down the window and told him to go right, that he was going wrong. He looked at us and told us he was going to follow the GPS (which was tellling him to go the same way I was telling him to go). He purposly went the wrong way, the GPS redirected. He had him pull over for a second and he tried to claim that the GPS told him to go that way, even though we saw it say the right way. He proceeded to go the wrong way down small streets and brought us a half hour late to our reception. THE WORST PART IS after everyone got out he told my husband to get back in and said he would HAVE TO PAY FOR THE EXTRA TIME!! This was OUR WEDDING DAY! WE told him to turn, which way to go and he blatenly didnt listen. HE proceeded to lock the door and argue with my husband. I had to send the groomsmen and my father out to take care of it! He was aweful and didnt care one bit about his business. He just wanted his money. I am very very disappointed and I highly suggest you pick someone else. read more
