The staff were super professional yet casual and made the pacing of our lunch perfect. We had bruschetta to start and a prosecco-based coco , the Hugo. Their menu is well-considered with options for lighter meals to feasts. Their appetizers all invoked beautiful summer vibes. Also their panini options are authentic. Their 20 inch pizza peel is iconic and although I didn't order, the mere sight of another table's order haunts me already. We could not resist our urges and each ordered lasagna. My wife had the eggplant parmigiana lasagna As she is of Italian descent she always craves eggplant and this twist called to her. I ordered the ragu lasagna. The drinks and appetizer were perfectly portioned and served. We relaxed and enjoyed the conversation and views. Our lasagnas arrived just as we were literally licking the excess olive oil from our bruschetta with admiration. Again the portions were spot on, the temp perfect and presentation were beyond our expectations. First we each tasted our sauces then the other. The ragu was deep with beef flavor and had excellent velvety texture. The eggplant parmigiana sauce was bright like fresh tomatoes tenderly handled. With some crushed red pepper and hot honey sauce I ate every bit of it. Also, they had delirium beer, which helped wash it down perfectly. Five stars? I give it six or seven if I could. My shopping list wasn't that extensive since I rarely delete my inventory before replenishing it, whether it's alcohol or gasoline my needle rarely approaches "E". Practically everything I was looking for was discounted, with a few more days at the campground my focus was on vodka and mixes, I mean honestly a spicy Bloody Mary at sunrise oceanside is life changing. Others have stated the inventory here is unique I have to agree there are options here I didn't realize existed or should I say there are solutions here. I think an alcoholic would drink mouthwash to get their fix, for me it's more about crafting that special cocktail, I mean if you're gonna drink it should be more about a celebration instead of a mask for something dark and troublesome, so if you are going to drink drink responsibly and if you're going to be responsible do it in a grand way. This store has so much to offer and it's staffed with friendly folks whom I'm sure can answer most of your questions. I try and justify most of my decisions based on cause and effect when applicable - I rather own a bottle of the good stuff verses a case of the cheap ones, a master distiller is an artist so remember quality and quantity rarely comes in the same package...
