Very disappointing experience. I paid $36 for a car wash on Saturday and honestly wish I had just gotten the exterior wash. The interior was poorly done. The back seats were not vacuumed at all and there were crumbs still all over the front and between the seats. They did not remove the weather mats to clean underneath. There were several employees working on the car ahead of me, but for my car only one person barely blew out the dash and half wiped the windshield. She seemed more focused on watching others than working. Then two others quickly wiped the sides and left. The back was not wiped at all, the doors were still dripping, and the side mirrors still had water until I asked. I was here a few weeks ago and they did a decent job, but this visit was a complete disaster. Definitely not worth the price. Buyers beware. read more

The 2.1 stars checkout. When the staff gives you unsolicited commentary as to the state of disrepair and the lack of effort ownership/management puts into fixing things, that's a huge red flag. When they show you? That's even worse. The bay I was in was not functioning properly. I put it 10 coins which read on the display but then it completely blacked out. I went and found assistance. I explained my issue and as we were walking to my bay, the adjacent bay started to malfunction and spray liquid from one of the fittings. This is when I got a calm but concerned earful of how the ownership doesn't put money into repairs. There was a hole in the signage that covered some pipes. The worker showed me the lack of maintenance behind said sign. He pulled back the face of the machine which exposed a rats nest of wires. I'm no expert but I don't think it was supposed to look like that. He went to get a part which subsequently didn't work either. I asked for my coins back and left. I ended up going to the location in Germantown which worked (90%). The Rockville Pike location needs some serious help.​ read more

Yes, I'm a fan. I got the Deluxe Exterior wash. Regular price is $25, but I had a Facebook special for $10 that I couldn't pass up since I was dining across the street. It was just a little bit confusing when I pulled up and I wasn't exactly sure which lane to go in and of course I did go in the wrong lane. I didn't know I had to be in the extreme right lane. However the gal worker outside directed me to the correct lane. The wash went well, no residue left behind. What I wanted cleaned the most was my wheel rims. I guess you only get a towel dry if you purchase the interior and exterior package. Based on the photos here, it doesn't look like the interior cleaning does a very good job. I would come back if I am in the neighborhood. read more

I got the flagship package and was quite disappointed in the interior cleaning despite the army of folks working on my car. I came at a non peak time so there was plenty of staff so they didn't have to rush which was why I was so surprised to see the passenger seat was not vacuumed, cup holders not vacuumed, and smudges left on the glass. I had to go home and do a proper interior cleaning. The exterior was was good and if I go back it will only be for that. read more

When you get car repair work done, the shop will tell you not to use automated car washes for at least three months. For any of you in this part of the country, you know three months is far too long to go without a car wash. Thankfully, I have always been fastidious about my car and so I still had a trunk with all the custom detailing supplies I would need. Flagship had what I needed: self-service car wash bays where I could be sure not to damage the still curing car paint. They have a set of token machines. Bring your dollars. The card readers did not appear to be working. I got six dollars worth of tokens and that was plenty to wash a medium sized sedan. They even use warm water, which was nice. I was able to pull forward and complete my hand detail with microfiber cloths, waterless car detailing spray, glass cleaner, and tire detailing gel. My whip came out looking in Bristol fashion. I will continue to go there until my three month mark passes. Car detail well, my friends! read more

We are new to the area and have been to this car wash a few times. I have only used the full service (interior + exterior) and they do a decent job. The car comes out clean and they do a good job getting all the excess water. I have found that they could do a little better job addressing floor mats and the vacuuming job at the end. A couple of things to note 1) It's expensive. The cheapest full service (interior + exterior) wash is $36. If you want exterior only the cheapest is a $14 basic wash, 2) the lines can be long for the full service and exterior wash, 3) they do have the bays where you can wash your car yourself, and 4) They do not take Google Pay or Apple Pay. I really want to give 2.5 stars but will round up. read more

I went in for a simple car wash and paid $15.00 for a single wash. While I was there, one of the crew members approached me and aggressively pitched a so-called "promotion": $15.00 per month for three months if I agreed to sign up for a membership, with the understanding that the price would increase to $29.99 only after the three months. The first month was charged correctly. In the second month, without any notice or authorization, they charged me $29.99 instead of the agreed-upon $15.00. I went to their flagship location to address this issue and explained everything clearly. Their response was unbelievable: they told me they were "sorry," but claimed the promotion was only for one month, and that they had changed their policy. That is NOT what was explained at the time of sign-up. When I demanded they cancel my membership and refund the incorrect charge, they flat-out refused and said they have a "no refund" policy--even though the charge was clearly wrong and misleading. At that point, I had no choice but to contact my credit card company and report the charge. I'm reviewing this car wash based on the ultimate wash service. So I bought a coupon book MANY years ago. The coupon book was less than $100 for 8 washes. At that time, the Ultimate Wash was $20 per use. As for the ultimate wash service, it comes with interior and exterior cleaning and vacuuming. So I brought my car to the North Bethesda location for an ultimate wash service last week. I thought the employees did a fairly good job. The carpets were almost all cleaned up, the windows were squeaky clean, and the car looked pretty good. Granted, it's not detailing and I did not expect a detailed clean. But for what I paid though, the service for the price was definitely a catch! Nowadays, it's roughly $35-40 for an ultimate wash. I don't know if I want to pay that much for it to be fairly honest! The outside looked okay, though inside door jambs and areas around fenders were missed. The interior clean-up was substandard and haphazard. The front mats were either not washed at all or done so poorly that I couldn't tell the difference from how they looked when I drove in. Streaks were left on the inside of the windshield. I finally resolved my rear window wiper problem. I went directly to the Flagship car wash on Chapman Avenue and spoke to the supervisor. His name was Lester, a very professional and friendly person who resolve all the problems since May when the damage occurred. I explained to him what happened and showed him a copy of my claims report and I suggested maybe a couple of car wash will even everything out. He said I'll do better. I'll start with the positive it was a fast process. The guy at the cashier was nice and helpful but i paid for the highest service available $45 full clean includes everything. They finished quick but my rims were dirty i swiped my finger and it was black! The door frame wasn't wiped at all dirty as well. As much as i appreciate the fast turn around if you're paying for a full cleaning those cars should be spent a little more time on. When i told the person that cleaned my car that my rims were dirty she said "you want your rims cleaned?" It's literally part of the package. Yesterday I took my car to wash ( by the way I am paying $75 each month and I have the membership) , when I went to receive my car at the end, ı saw the car windows not cleaned because of the tree tars and one of the workers mentioned they are Not responsible for that !!!! He showed me a spray ( they had this spray) and told me to buy and clean it yourself - spray costs $9 on amazon. he said it's expensive and they can't use that , although they had and he showed it to me and I took a picture of it ! Out of the three bays I tried, two were non-operational (#5 and #6). One had a broken hose and no water, the other wasn't working at all. No signage to warn you, and you will only realize after inserting $2/bay. The third bay worked as expected, but it's frustrating that only 1 out of 3 was functional, terrible value. read more

Beware - if you have any damage to your car they make it next to impossible to get a response let alone any type of refund!!! The worst customer service I've ever experienced from a business. Their first tactic is that if you drive it off the lot you cannot then come back and report it which I fortunately didn't do. I noticed it right away and reported it to the manager who checked the camera and filled out a form to "send to corporate. It was clearly a vacuum incident where the tool ripped my back window tint. 3 months later I'll still haven't gotten a penny (not even a refund for the wash) despite calling, chatting, emailing every week where I'm always told I will get something back in the next couple of days. Their customer service number can't help with claims, their chat can file a claim with no response, the manager on site refers you to corporate and there are no real managers. I really regret not checking reviews before trusting them with my car - I hope this helps someone else out there. read more

Of course there's a one star minimum. This company doesn't deserve that high of a rating. Amazingly bad technology. The website is archaic and non functional. Most likely intentional. I bought unlimited plans for two cars. I was only able to register one because it only allows one car per phone number. So I had no access to my second car's information. I tried using their chat which would be laughable if I didn't have to deal with it. For example the alleged human didn't understand what a license plate number was. I finally got a live person today. She told me I'd need another phone number to set up my second car. How they didn't anticipate people owning multiple cars or not having multiple phones... well, that was probably intentional too. I was also billed for the renewal on the account I couldn't access that renews tomorrow. Apparently this company is hard up for money any way they can get it. There's more but basically this company is a very bad joke and a time suck.​ Customer service is as bad as it gets, save your money. I know i will. Lesson learned. read more

My wheels have no shine my dashboard still has lint from the dirty rags they continue to use. The people that dry and do the detailing are more concerned about laughing and talking than doing a good job. Completely unacceptable service for $45 this will be my last time coming here. Flagship has not been the same since it was sold to a private equity company. Today the traffic on the surrounding streets was dangerous getting onto the car wash property. The traffic was so bad because one of the car wash lanes was closed for renovations although no one was working today. The mats could not be washed as the nozzle on the hose was broken- staff didn't convey any urgency in getting it fixed. Rude staff. Buyer beware when using Flagship! The company practice is for customers to pay for 1 month of unlimited charges. In June, I went to the Chapman Rockville Flagship and paid to wash my car that day with the option of car washes only for the remainder of June. I have never used Flagship since or given them my credit card since. But without my knowledge or authorization, instead of paying for one month as I expected, I was now a "member"; they kept my credit card number and continued to bill the card without my authorization or knowledge. After I discovered this on my year end summary of charges, I contacted them and they declined to refund my 6 months of unauthorized charges of $59.99/month. In my view, unauthorized charging of a credit card is a form of consumer fraud, so beware that if you wash your car there, you are paying $59.99 each month (about $720/year!) for car washes until you go online to cancel. I recommend that you stay away from Flagship and avoid the hassle. read more

Visited this place and I won't be going again. You pay $36 to $44 for your car to be washed and vacuumed inside but it's a horrible job especially for the cost. There is still cleaning product left on my rim along with dirt, the inside of my car was not vacuumed well even after having them re-vacuum it for me. My seats were poorly vacuumed as well.
