Just had my front plate torn off again today and they were kind enough to call me that they found my plate and frame with the screws still intact. I can't help it that my license plate sticks out from the front bumper. It was designed that way. The worker I s/w said because it was an aftermarket part, they won't do anything to help me. I purchased a heavy duty license frame to keep my license plate from getting mangled and/or torn off, but now their equipment tears them completely off, screws and all. There is no dealer license plate frame that is super heavy duty. They just slapped the plate directly onto the bumper with a simple plastic dealer frame. This is not my problem. We shouldn't have to buy a heavy duty license plate frame to keep our license plates from getting damaged! They should be willing to replace any damaged equipment on a car that is damaged by THEIR equipment. They should have the proper cleaning equipment to clean every make and model of car and truck made and not damage them. Steer clear unless you want to have your plate damaged or torn off or other parts.

So this review is coming from someone who wants to keep coming back. But this particular location? Whew. Something is going on in that wash tunnel. Everything feels normal when you pull up... and then you enter the wash and get hit with a smell so strong it deserves its own warning label. Rotten eggs doesn't even fully cover it -- it's intense, immediate, and completely unavoidable. I'm talking windows-up, holding-your-breath, questioning-all-your-life-choices level bad. At one point I genuinely wondered if I had made a terrible mistake coming here. And the worst part? You're stuck. You just have to ride it out while your car gets cleaned and your will to live briefly disappears. To be fair, the wash itself does a great job, and I've never had issues with the staff. That's what makes this so frustrating -- the quality is there, but the smell completely takes over the entire experience. As someone who has stuck with Flag Stop through moves and long drives, I really hope this gets addressed because it's the only thing holding this location back. I shouldn't have to mentally prepare myself before going through a car wash. I have had a family wash plan…read morefor a long time and in January of 2025 a second account was FRAUDULENTLY opened when the attendant asked for my credit card to look up my account since my fast pass was not working. The fast pass sticker rarely works and has been a pain point since day one of using this location. I have now been told by the very rude manager of their head office "Madison" that they will not do anything to rectify the situation, and that o never should have given my credit card to the employee. Their office is very accusatory and takes down to you to cover their own asses when it's very obvious that they opened a fraudulent account. I have over $540 in charges that they are not willing to rectify in addition to the $140 a month I pay for the three vehicles I do own. When I asked what vehicles were registered to what accounts, they refused to provide that information, only that the fraudulent account had not been used in over 10 months and that they would not be resolving anything in my favor. The head office people lie, say they are out of the office when they email you 2 minutes before then magically appear back to take your call, or they do not return calls or emails. Everything about this company is sketchy! Be aware, very very aware before you sign up for anything!!!!
