Outstanding service and quality every time we visit here. Liz did an amazing job helping me get my order and checking out. She even helped me load the clothes in my car which I thought was a nice touch. Haven't seen this since in a while. the quality of cleaning is very good. No issues with broken buttons or "shiny" look on cloths. they also offer top rate alterations. My wife brought in a dress that was altered and made her look stunning (as always). I brought in pants to be tapered. Dropped off on Sunday, picked up Wednesday. Paid $26 and when I got home, the pants were cleaned but not tapered........ I needed this done by Friday and now am stuck with the same issue that I dropped off on Sunday..... I brought the pants back, they completed the job and gave me a refund. read more

Needed a suit to get tailored for next day service. I asked if I can pay extra I don't care just need it asap for an event, they had a horrible reply such as your money don't matter and we got no time for you infact it will take 4 days to be ready! This review isn't about why flair didn't take my offer, but the horrible customer service reply the girl who does the alteration She came to speak to me with a horrible attitude as if she was the business owner and she saw me coming out of a lmbo she didn't eve pay attention what I was saying at the end shamed her head said can't help and walked away She's in one of the yelp pictures sitting in the alteration table Shes the reason for this review never treat a new potential customer, like you don't care even if you couldn't do that service for a future business.. I decided to take 2 pieces of clothing for patching. One of the clothes which was a mesh shirt had multiple tears. They examined it, informed me they can patch one of the tears to see if I would like how it can come out. I was fine with that. I waited 1 week and they informed me they are still working on this shirt. I waited another week and heard nothing. I called again and they kept putting me on hold, another person answered the phone, had to explain I would like a status of my shirt. Put me on hold again, then they informed me my shirt was at the manager's office and if I would like to see if they patch one of the tears, and if I like it I can let them know to continue to do the work or I can take it home. I said fine I'll come back later to check it out. I stopped by, the nice gentleman showed me one of the patches tears that was fixed. I liked the work and I said yeah I can leave it to get everything else fixed. He said it might be around 30-35 dollars. I said that's fine. He took the shirt to this rude lady in the back. She starting to examine the shirt again and telling him in Spanish there are 50 tears and she won't do it. I spoke back in English and told her "50?" She continued to ignore me, spoke Spanish again to him and said per each tear it would cost a dollar and someone already told her to not work on it. I tried making it clear I understand since I speak Spanish as well but she still didn't talk to me. So why was I not informed of this the past 2 weeks? Was it the multiple tears? Someone told her she shouldn't work on it? Did she believe I couldn't afford it? I was willing to pay. It sounded like a bunch of excuses not to work on my shirt. So the nice gentleman translated what she said, and told me they won't be able to work on my shirt. I honestly would have loved for her or someone else to give me alternatives or direct me somewhere else. But it felt like " we won't work on this shirt and that's that" very rude and lack of communication. read more

Gave Flair Cleaners 1 more try. Supposed to have pant legs shortened by 2-1/2 inches, since the leg size I had to purchase was 2 sizes larger. The person hemming them must just of thought this can't be true, so only took them up about 1-1/2 inches. And cost, $37 dollars. I will take them somewhere else, pay again, probably less, and get them hemmed to the size that fits. read more
