Both straps on my bridesmaid dress snapped off. Poor seaming done. If they were sown on properly and not done lousy then I wouldn't have this issue. Thank god I had a mini sewing kit with me by coincidence. My daughter's dress also had the straps falling off her shoulders like if they were never altered. BEWARE! Brought in 3 brand new Men's dress shirts never worn before to be cleaned and ironed. Was told they would be ready Thursday after 4pm came in Friday morning only 2 were ready, came back at 2:30pm since these were for a wedding. The 3rd shirt is damaged with multiple stains! How is that even possible if it's a brand new shirt the owner claims he tried cleaning it twice no apology not a care in the world he just wanted the money! Very unprofessional do not come here! The correct way of handling this is to compensate the customer for the damage caused by YOU! read more

I brought my hat to be cleaned and when I got it back, I realized they had shrunk it, completely destroyed the brim along with giving it new blemishes. But here they cleaned everything really well, including removing a strain on a dress I couldn't fix. Hmmm, not so happy. Based on the reviews that this place is amazing, I just drove across town to get there before it closed at 7:00 pm, and the doors are locked. There is no signage on the door with the hours, and no one answered when I called earlier. So, it was up to Yelp to give me the hours. If you cant even update yelp with your proper hours or stay until you are supposed to be open until, then you don't deserve any business from me. read more

My friend gave me a coat called a p-coat. The only problems were minimal to handle. It was covered in both dog and cat hair with a lot of dust on it because it had been sitting unworn for quite a while. I took my jacket to Jim Dandy cleaners because of the reviews on Yelp. They were right, the price was great, less than $7 to dryclean my coat. Where they really shined was, I was in a rush when I picked up the coat and I didn't take the time to look at it while still in the store. But, after looking at the coat in the sunlight, I could still see some hairs and little specks on the coat that even I could pull off with my fingers. So, I took the coat back to the cleaners the next day and they took the coat back to further work on removing the rest of the hairs and specks on the coat all for no extra charge.
