Took a leather vest there to sew some patches on. When I picked it up, I noticed two large patches on the back that were crooked. Sent it back immediately. When it came back the second time, it looks like they lowered the high side of the crooked ones without removing the entire patch, resulting in a curve or bow. AND the stitches from the original area are now visible. $200 vest. I mean, it's not destroyed or anything, just not the result I was looking for. Disappointing. read more

I can't for the life of me understand how this horrible company has such high ratings and multiple locations. I've been here 3 times and every time I come I get Horrible customer service! I get ignored for I don't know how long and when someone finally comes up front to help they're rude and look like they hate their life. I've really tried giving this place a chance but their horrific customer service is too much for me to wanna ever come back or recommend this place to anyone! Today I tried going and the tailor lady took 3-5 business days to even acknowledge me and say someone will be right out. Tailor services way overpriced. Hemming 2 inches off pants was $30.00, and to shorten length of summer dress by 2.5" was $60.00! When I picked up my clothes, noticed only 1 inch was shortened from my pants instead of the 2 inches I instructed them. The tailor insisted he took off 2 inches and I insisted he didn't. He did not take any accountability he made a mistake and was very defensive. I stood my ground and in the end he had to fix his mistake without an additional penny from me. He wasn't happy at all. I did not appreciate the interaction at all. Will never go back there. read more

my experience here was horrible, I brought in a jacket and they asked if it was real. I told them it was and showed receipt of my jacket, they said they can clean it but it would be 50$ and sent to leather guy. I messaged several times waited and waited never heard a call until about 2 weeks later when they called and said it was ready... I came in and they said they couldn't do anything because it wasn't real leather and when I asked if they even just dry cleaned it they said "no we didn't do that either" horrible I waited 3 weeks for my one jacket and came back with nothing changed read more

SCV cleaners specifically Albert was recommended by the majority of people that I asked on my Facebook " in search of". my grandson is on the spectrum and has a ratty baby blanket with multiple tags from other previous blankets. His mom asked if I could make a small square , rebind, and make sure the tags were sewn on so he could still use them for calming him. That request was above my skill, thus the request from the community. I gave Albert specific instructions on how I needed the binding AND the tags. He pinned them on and told me he could do it. I picked it up and took it home and the tags were not there and the binding was horrible. I called back and they couldn't find the tags. The tags were the most important . I'm still trying to figure out how I can tell my daughter and my grandson that the tags are gone. I will never take anything to him and I will not recommend him. read more
