They have always replied to questions or made small talks, but overall, they have always been just quiet. The one thing that has always turned me off from other nail salons, was when all the technicians would talk loud with each other, in their own language. I speak my own native language too, but I personally feel that it is rude to talk (or laugh) with each other, in front of other people (customers).
