I came in a couple days before Christmas for a pedicure and to replace my GelX with a fresh set. The pedicure was OK, the chair was a little uncomfortable and the place they prop your feet up on was hard as a rock.. But the really bad experience was the GelX. I have been doing GelX nails for almost 4 years so I am very familiar with the process/steps. I should have known right away when the lady asked if I wanted to replace the nails or a fill in. Any nail tech experienced in GelX knows that you should never fill them, they need to be removed and replaced completely. I was assigned to Sonia and I could tell immediately that she was new to this. She didn't prep the nails at all and she didn't even fully remove the previous application before putting the new nails on. She was rushing through it and didn't soak them in acetone for long enough yet still somehow took 3 hours. Don't even get me started on filing/shaping. All the nails are different lengths and most are crooked and not shaped well. Oh and then she didn't apply the nails close enough to my cuticles so she started trying to fill it with builder gel, without my approval and I immediately told her to stop and follow the normal process. Honestly, this was the worst GelX application and I wouldn't go here for this. To add insult to injury, they gave every customer a goodie bag for the holiday except me. And then didn't apologize or acknowledge how bad the nails look/how extremely long this whole process took. I won't be coming back here, which is pretty sad since I was excited that it's pretty close to my house. You should not be advertising a service that you don't properly know how to do. read more

Nice staff and clean facility. However, I don't think they know how to do dip nails. They did not use the nail drill to remove my previous dip manicure - just a buffing file manually. This ripped my cuticles terrible. 5 of my 10 cuticles started bleeding, which then made the whole process painful from there on out. The dip color didn't match their samples. The final step of the process + top coat were not correct - the nails were bumpy. The entire process took 2 hours! I was there from 9-11am on a Saturday morning and what was strange is that no other clients came in - I was the only person there the entire time. I'm one week out and 3 of my 10 nails are chipped significantly - so much that I have to get them done again. My cuticles took a week to heal. Also, the price I was charged is $5 more than is listed on their website. read more

Always consistently good! I go in for both mani/pedi. The Dazzle Mani lasts for two weeks when I'm not too abusive with my hands and the pedicure is always done well. They are accommodating to last minute appointments as well! read more

Wonderful Korean-style manicure/pedicure with amazing Korean products included in the regular service. Korean make up products are my favorite! The staff were very nice and professional. I loved the lavender Korean product set that was used for my pedicure. It was like a spa manicure/pedicure - so luxurious! They have a frequent visitor card you can get stamped for each visit and then a free service. Overall really amazing. Thank you! Highly recommended! read more

Today I had a 1 hour massage and it was great. Amy is an excellent massage therapist. The room is very quiet with beautiful music playing. I had a facial in December and that was also very good. I highly recommend Amy. She is very professional. I get a pedicure every 3 weeks too. read more

I love this salon and its technicians. Everyone here is really invested in creating a great experience. One time - almost a year ago - I brought my moms to treat them for pedicures with my while they were visiting from out of state. The technicians still ask about them and how they are. Super thoughtful. Not to mention they do amazing work, it's a super relaxing environment and they do a lot of things that cost extra at other salons. This was my "go-to" salon until recently. I wouldn't say it was always the BEST service but it was fair for the cost. This last time I went I got a pedi and then was going to do a mani. With all the illnesses going around I've tried to be extra careful with germs and bacteria. I've always felt this salon was clean and sanitary, however, when I went to sit in the manicure chair I noticed the woman that did my feet clean the tub where she scrubbed my feet and dead skin off. She used a scrubber that had been used for other bowls prior to mine and kept the same gloves on without washing them to come do my nails. I asked her nicely if she would mind switching her gloves or wash her hands please (they have you wash your hands before sitting down so my request didn't feel rude and in no way was I implying they were dirty. I was however addressing the unsanitary circumstances this time.) She became incredibly offended and proceeded to tell me that each customer gets 1 pair of gloves. I was caught off guard and tried explaining that it made me uncomfortable that she just did my feet then cleaned the bowl and didn't wash your hands or change gloves in between. She told me that I could get my nails done somewhere else if I wanted to and maybe I needed to find myself an American salon. I kid you not. I never implied they were unsanitary but this did make me uncomfortable. Even if it was my feet, I would never not wash my hands after scrubbing the dead skin off. I felt so uncomfortable, I asked them to pay for my mani and left. read more

I used to love coming to Bo! I love that they open at 9 and I can work here. However I was super disappointed that they took off the option to add a foot massage. I love getting a 10 minute foot massage with my pedicure but I was told they aren't allowed to do that anymore. Hopefully that comes back! read more

I want to have a dip powder done on my nails. I went there right before Covid and the owner did my nails and did a great job. I just went there and two days after I had my nails done they are all chipping breaking in the polish from the dip is falling off. Extremely unhappy. I've never been so disappointed. read more
