I went to this nail the salon for the first time a few months ago. I got a no-chip mani and the same day it was peeling. I went in and get it fixed and then all of the other nails started peeling. I have up and removed the polish only a few days after. Thought I would try the salon again thinking it was the color I chose last time. Got a no-chip mani again and two days later, my thumb is half gone. And I'm on a business trip, so it cannot be fixed. read more

Have been going to Twinkle toes for the last 6 years every week for a manicure with pedicures every 6 to 8 weeks depending on the weather. Absolutely Love this place and everyone that works there. It is clean with so many different polishes and they are more than happy to try any of them on you before you decide. Great job on both my nails and pedicure. It's now my new regular place, clean friendly service and excellent staff!!

They are totally not upfront about prices. I asked the price of a manicure. They said $15. I said I wanted No Chip manicure, and she said ok, but did not offer the difference. When she was done it was $49.00. The No-Chip is $39 plus $5 to remove old polish and another $5 to remove some old gel on some of the nails. Add a meager $5 tip and it was $54. She did a good job or so I thought, but it started peeling in a day or so. Can't afford to return. read more

The salon itself is absolutely stunning, White and sleek with pink chairs and tons of sunlight. I guess my first indication that things weren't so great is that it was completely empty. My daughter and I went for no chip manis and regular pedis. The woman who worked on me was rough and unfriendly. When I pointed out a an issue with one of my nails, she didn't take care of it and now two days after my no chip, it's completely chipping. They also overcharged us and we had coupons. There's a reason this place is empty. Will not return. read more

I had a pedicure and dip manicure at Twinkle Toes. Although the tech was very nice, my dip manicure began peeling after a few days. The owner was very nice and had me come in so that she could repair them. A few days later, some more peeling which she was also happy to fix. And again more peeling after that but by that time I was fed up with having to go in for some thing that should've been good for 3 weeks. No problem with the pedicure. read more

I went into this place to get a dip manicure. When I first left, I was a little disappointed at how thick the nails were on the side and the woman was annoyed when I asked if she could thin it out a little with the file. I got my nails done here for an event for my birthday and after paying a total of $60, one nail fell off after 3 days. Then, I went back to have them fix it and later that day another one fell off while I was helping a kid with LEGO's. I went back and the woman said my nails were too long and that that was why the nails fell off but that's how long I get them all the time. So she said she would file them down so they wouldn't fall off. She filed down a pinky so much that it looked stubby and horrible and asked if that much filing was okay after she had already done it so I had no choice. The point of dip and extensions is so they look long and nice and they did not anymore. A week later, another nail fell off during another easy task. These nails fell off so easily and barely lasted 3 days. I think this place is good for regular nails but maybe not for dip. read more

Surprised at the positive reviews of this place. My experience definitely wasn't a good one. Place is not very clean and tools used for pedicure and manicure were already out. Never saw anything come out of the sanitizer. Foot file didn't even have disposable pads on it- gross. No liners in pedicure tubs. There was also a distinct cigarette smoke smell that was irritating. Aside from clear cleanliness and hygiene issues, service was not great. Pedicure was rushed (done in 15 min max) and missing elements. Woman was so rough and rushed she buffed my cuticle on one toe to the point it was raw and then stuck alcohol on it- holy ouch! No chip mani- also rushed, polish uneven, tools didn't look that new or clean. And a day or so later chipped. All in all, we spent $80-$100 each which is nuts considering how bad the service was and how dirty the place is. Would never go back. read more

Wonderful experience getting my first dip powder mani as well as a fabulous pedicure. The foot massage at the end was a nice treat and the mani was done with the most care and precision. Love the clean & relaxing salon feel as well as the helpful nail tips posted. They also have service specials and the most impeccably organized nail polish wall where every color is labeled and color organized. Wow! What a great place. I made an appointment and she definitely squeezed me in there. The lady rushed through my pedicure and finished within 15-20 mins. She even told me a customer is waiting for her. This was my first time and I won't be coming back. The lady was also very rough. Instead of enjoying my pedicure, I was in pain. This salon is fresh and clean with a modern vibe. It's nice. Although they did a good job, it's $10 more for a manicure and pedicure over other salons in the area-- $45. At that price I was expecting some upgrade in product or service and a longer massage. It was very basic and nothing extra. It's the same as other salons, just more expensive. They offer an express version for $35. I'll try that next time to see how they compare. read more

Visiting from out of state and thought I would treat myself. Best mani/pedi ever. My nails were a mess from acrylics and Jin Jin made them look great. I felt spoiled with hand/feet/back massage. I went to this salon over a month ago - the nail tech doing my pedicure was very rough. My one toe nail started bleeding, fast forward, I now have an infection on that same toe nail. Worst experience - never coming back here again. Now I have to deal with my toe nail that is about to fall off. Extremely upset! read more

I've been here twice now and had very positive experiences both times. This is a bright, clean salon which doesn't smell like chemicals like so many other places. I like how the nail polishes are well organized by color, they offer you tea, have massage chairs for pedicures but then also give you a shoulder/neck massage for a couple minutes while your nails dry. It is a very relaxing atmosphere and the prices are not bad! read more
