    Oxtails with rice and peas

This came up as a recommendation via social media and we just had to try this fusion restaurant. The entire experience can be described as chaotic. There's technically a menu but it's inaccurate. No one knows what's on the menu, what are the sides, what's available, it's all a mystery. Customers end up spending 10min ordering because there's no set menu. The wait time was excessive, even when ordering ahead. And despite being labeled as fusion, there wasn't much Chinese influence beyond the lo mein. As for the food, the flavor just wasn't there. We tried the jerk wings, oxtails with rice & peas, shrimp, sweet and sour chicken with a side of jerk fried rice, and Rasta pasta. Lots of potential but unfortunately, they miss the mark. I wouldn't waste my time or money here.

1st time trying. Food was just ok . I'd definitely come back to try something else. I got chicken soup (feeling under the weather) I loved how the soup has a lot of food in it.. that's how I like my soup ... it just wasn't much flavor..had to add salt and pepper... the baked chicken rice and veggies again just ok... they do give you a-lot of food . Think next I will try the oxtail fried rice and fried chicken

NASTY NO FLAVOR OXTAIL LOTS OF CABBAGE WITH NO FLAVOR!!!! $18 !!!!!!

How disappointed I was. The food was horrible HORRIBLE!!!!!! The oxtail, what little of it I got, had no flavor no taste all bones ~ nothing else. The woman that was helping me, or let me take that back, she was NOT helping ME, She was flirting with some guy that was ordering, told me that the oxtail lo mein would take 10 minutes. I waited and waited. When I saw that this young lady was packing up a bag for the guy, she was flirting with that had oxtail lo mein. I asked her where was mine. She whispered, we ran out.!!!!! WHAT???? so stupid me instead of running out of there, I asked her to give me oxtail and cabbage. I got a lot of tasteless, cabbage and a teeny weenie little bit of oxtail. I guess the man she was flirting with, enjoyed his oxtail lo mein. I hope at least he got a date with her. POOR service. POOR food. Never will I go again. Oh, and the best part it cost me $18. !!!!!!!!

Don't visit store near closing, the workers will tell you a certain item is sold out, so the workers can take food home.

The food was good. It could have been a little more seasoned tho. I was looking for more of a kick to the seasoning.

I took them home and shared them with a friend. The ribs were a revelation. The shrimp lomein amazed me. The dumplings were fabulous. My favorite dishes is baby shrimp in chili sauce and eggplant in garlic sauce. Every order is perfection. I cried when they reopened after the Pandemic. Don't miss this gem.

We have a staple restaurant from which we always order but one of this place's dishes stuck out to me and had great reviews so that was what made me take a chance with them. I saw this picture of their Shrimp Chow Mei Fun everywhere and the shrimp were huge. People said it was a really good dish so I had to try it. I will say that it tastes really good but this recession has definitely affected the shrimp size. They serve medium-sized shrimp in this dish and the pictures where saw extra large shrimp, are likely no more. The flavor was still really good and I suggest asking for some chili oil as well, if you don't have any at home. That's a game-changer. We had their sesame chicken, shrimp dumplings, sautéed broccoli and wonton soup, which were all very good. They even pan fried the dumplings as requested. Their shrimp and egg rolls were fried very hard which I don't like. It's a little difficult for my daughter to eat the hard exterior as well. The fantail shrimp were very sad. I'm used to them being mostly breading but these are ridiculous. The shrimp size is a fourth of the overall breading. If it's getting too expensive to serve them, they may want to take them off the menu entirely and just serve fried shrimp or popcorn shrimp. They were literally that size. The house fried rice was also not a favorite. I'm not into super dark fried rice and it just seemed really hard. This is your run-of-the-mill neighborhood Chinese takeout spots I wasn't expecting gold standards but now I know how to order from them in the future if I ever have another craving for their Chow Mei Fun.
