Went in straight and was able to sit down immediately. Sat in and ordered drinks. Then was able to get food. Food was okay, some are oily. You get what you paid right? They had a lot of seafood which was a plus and great! (Not every place has much seafood as they have!) they have sushi area, and hibachi side. They also have dessert area, limited choices but not big deal. They have few choices for cakes (chocolate, strawberries and one that I don't know the flavor) The servers were attentive and pays attentions if plates need to be removed. Place is clean, bathrooms are okay compare to other buffet places. Over-all I give this place a 3 out of 5.

Growing up my family would always hit up an all-you-can-eat chinese buffet for a Sunday dinner just to give the parents a break from cooking. I was soooooo happy to find one near us because those businesses have really disappeared over the years. The establishment was clean and the staff seem very friendly. You walk in and get seated immediately and off you go to get your first round of delights. The place has so many steam tables full of Chinese-American dishes. They do keep some American/kid-friendly staples like wings, nuggets, onion rings, and fries. All the way in the back they have a sushi chef replenishing some standard rolls like california, tuna, salmon plus a few others. Beside the sushi station they also have a table for "hibachi" where you collect all your raw veggies and raw proteins then hand over the plate to the hibachi chef where he will prepare your selected items on a flat top with any sauce you choose from the list. Very cool spot where the whole family can find something. The dessert table is so plentiful with options and they also have an ice cream freezer full of cold treats! Once at the table, they will take your drink orders and clear out your plates. Once you are done they hand you the check and you pay at the table. I will be honest, I didn't enjoy everything I put on my plate but I did find things and was happy enough to come back. Thats the all you can eat buffet culture-- some things you love and get seconds and other things you won't finish and not get again!

This was an average buffet for me to be honest. There was a lot of variety in the food but unfortunately, most of it didn't really seem to be seasoned. I paid for the dinner option since there would be more food but I don't really know if it was worth it. I was looking forward to having crabs and other specialities but they weren't the most appetizing. The crabs were too fried and I wasn't really able to get any of the meat out. A lot of the other food didn't seem to have enough seasonings on them or they were also too fried and had too much batter. What's really appealing though, would be the number of options and the low price. I would just be careful of the oysters and sushi as they did not really taste fresh. I had read many reviews praising this place but unfortunately I don't think that I'll be returning anytime soon.

This has all the hits you'd expect from an Asian buffet. If the line is short, it's worth getting a hibachi plate cooked up with the exact ingredients you want. There's also a good amount of sushi offerings and your typical Chinese restaurant staples, some American hits, seafood, fried food, saucy veggies, you name it. There are more seafood options brought out at dinner, but just the lunch selection alone is pretty satisfying. At the end of the meal, there are a bunch of fruit options if you want to balance out some of the fried food, some cakes, but they had a case of ice cream treats which was unique, so I grabbed an ice cream sandwich and a cup of ice cream. It was pretty crowded, so if this kind of thing is what you're into, you'll find what you're looking for, but coming in a less popular hour may prove better if you don't want to wait a long time for hibachi.

4 stars at a buffet? Sure I can honestly say it's because of the huge variety here. Not everything is top quality, it's 20.00 bucks bro. And if you dig real Chinese cuisine you can definitely get down here. So basically I'll say what to avoid and why. Cold bar the clams and oysters are stacked and no liquid. The green New Zealand mussels have a sweet sauce. Th sea snail also sweet (Conch aka scungiili) they have baby octopus but I opted out. Large variety of fried items all look very good. Whatever cut of beef that reads steak don't bother it looks overcooked and very dry. Avoid noodles and rice as it's a buffet and they want you to fill up on that. Soups are above warm not hot. Be careful. Hibachi is ok but not good enough to try again. No ginger no sesame oil. The cuts of meat are tough. But considering it's fresh and very hot it's ok. Staff is inattentive. Host hates his life and yours as well. I'm not here for friends. I rarely go to Chinese buffets anymore but would return here. PS the salt and pepper shrimp !! Many customers don't take the heads? So did in. It's the best part.

Everything on the plates was cold taste less don't waste your money

everything was cold tasteless. You would think sitting on the steam tables. It would be at least warm.

Service was great they are always checking and clearing your dirty plates and asking if you want refills for your soft drinks. The ambiance is of good music and family type environment. The Food is good the buffet price includes sushi, hibachi, ice cream and deserts. Overall it's a great place they just don't have any food that will "WOW" you away. Paid $55 for 3 adults with taxes but not including tip !

However, I was not here for the decor. I was here for the food and the drinks! And neither was a disappointment! We ordered two tequila sunrises. Initially I was taken back by the drink served in a plastic resealable bag. That drink was so good and potent- I had to order a water! I felt the drink hit me before I was even half done with it. Then I understood the resealable bag. I could take it home. Genius. The scallops for the appetizers weren't bad at all! I was impressed. But the kicker was the boils. My date had a combo with snow crab. I on the other hand ordered the crab du jour, 2 lobster tails, 1 lb of shrimp, 1 lb clams, sausage, potato and two corns in medium spice with old bay. Suffice it to say I didn't realize the sheer seriousness of my order. Yes, I took it home and went in deep once again. I have no complaints. The food was awesome. The drinks were generous, the waitress was on point. Definitely will be heading back!

It seems that the ends of the roll are real lobster as the claw meat is obvious and the texture is much different. The meat in the center has a much different texture and firmness, and the taste is also much different. I did also get the crab fries and those were delicious as well as the crab cake! Won't order the roll again, but I'll for sure be getting the crab fries and crab cake again!

Our waitress, Chiara, was joyful and attentive and helped us with our choices. I started with the clam chowder, followed by the chicken parm over penne. My wife opted for the mussels and washed it down with a salad. Everything was yummy. My wife said that the mussels were the meatiest she's ever had. As for me, my chicken parm was the epitome of 'comfort food.' And by that, I mean it came covered with cheese and sauce and looked like something out of a Star Trek episode ... but it was delicious, and the leftovers came home for a second meal :) One of the other reviews referred to the Marina View as a 'hidden treasure', and that's kinda true as it's off the beaten path. It's not on Main St. It's down by the water and worth the trip. Highly recommended. PS: We may go back for Elvis night!

Friends took me here for my birthday and we had reservations at another place, but they "lost" them? All of us have been here before so we decided why not, and see what happens. The place was incredibly busy, we had about a 20 minute wait but it was worth it! Our server Robert was top notch. Professional and cordial. He Immediately came over with glasses of water, garlic bread, cheese and olive tapas, a house salad, and napkins. Tried the broiled fisherman's combo: shrimp, scallops, fish fillet, mussels, stuffed clams, lobster tail, and a side, I opted for linguini with garlic aioli. Everything was cooked very well and the presentation amazing and beautiful. Now here's something you don't see every day; an actual stuffed clam where the clam is still partially attached to the shell! None of that surimi crap! Finished the meal with a double espresso, shared a tartufo and cheese cake. I don't know if the digestif was complementary, but it was a nice touch. I don't know how the kitchen keeps up with the orders. The waitstaff must put a few miles on their feet a day and a cardio workout carrying the trays overflowing with food. Amazing! Everything in the restaurant is kept neat, clean, and organized. The music is not overwhelming. You can hear each other at the table. When the weather is a little nicer, they have beautiful outdoor seating with views of Long Island sound.
