I picked up an order from here. The employees seemed very friendly and they knew their regular customers well. The cold sesame noodles were a great deal. They are listed and priced as an appetizer, but the portion size was as big as an entree. They were tasty, with a rich, silky sauce. Their edamame were also a generous portion size. I enjoyed their broccoli in garlic sauce. The broccoli was just slightly over cooked, but the sauce was great. My husband was happy with the fried rice. Dined in for Monday lunch, absolutely delicious and great service. Our group shared egg drop soup, curry chicken, orange chicken, sesame chicken, and sweet and sour chicken. Everything was wonderful, would especially recommend the curry chicken and the sesame chicken. We were seated right away with ice water and hot tea, and they were very quick with refills. Found this restaurant when we are driving around on a freezing cold weekend. We were hesitant at first because it looked empty and it was almost noon time but we walked in anyway. We had a warm & friendly welcome right at the door. The decors are nice & place looks clean. Food came out hot & prices are fair, definitely cheaper than Nyc. Looks like the place are popular with the locals because people started coming when we were halfway with our meal. We love the unhurried attentive atmosphere of this place. Went here today for my first time with 2 friends and was immediately greeted and seated upon entrance. I think way too many businesses overlook this very simple, but impactful first encounter with the customers experience. Our server was Eddie (I always ask the server for his name ) although on my receipts servers name said Jarret . Not sure what that's about but not my issue. I always notice when I walk into a restaurant how clean it is . This place is kept very clean from what little I could see . I didn't get to use the bathroom, which is usually a huge indicator for me.. Our server was excellent in every way you could want a server to be. I ordered the generals Tso's chicken . My friends ordered the beef and broccoli, and the other order was the sesame chicken . We all agreed our food tasted fresh & tasty . We all also agreed our portions were a bit small but I find that most businesses are doing this due to the price of everything rising so dramatically Overall, I was very satisfied and I would definitely come back to this place and I would definitely recommend people give this place a try . read more

Pelham is truly lucky to have Pelham Palace! The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. They even have a sushi bar, and the sushi is always fresh -- I especially love the tuna avocado roll. Tried their take out for the first and last time. The eggroll was so greasy I had to wrap it with a paper towel to soak up the grease . The won ton soup had no flavor. The won tons were useless. We ordered takeout on Christmas (no table service this evening). The menu was large and had a good amount of variety. Food was ready in under 20 minutes. We liked the mooshu pork, though I wish there had been more pancakes. We also liked the pepper pork, which had a little kick. Fried rice, scallion pancakes, and pork dumplings were standard and solid. There's also a sushi menu, including a cute part of the restaurant with a small communal table with a view of the sushi counter. I'd love to try it sometime. read more

This has become our go-to place now for Chinese food. They opened back up a few moths ago and though the area needs a little refresh (miss the fish tank), the food is still great. Ordered the General Tso's, moo shu pork and Singapore noodles. Got some hot sake too. There is nothing better than eating food when it's hot. Plan on eating here more in the future. read more

Service was good. Our server was excellent. She was quick and efficient. Food was ok. Beef fried rice was fresh and tasty.

We were met cheerfully at the door when we entered and seated right away. Our server was attentive, pleasant, and timed the serving of appetizers and meals perfectly. Water glasses were constantly refilled, which is an unusual but noteworthy effort. The food was arrived hot and was delicious. I recommend the cold sesame noodles which were "chef's kiss" yummy. Kung Pao chicken, Sesame Chicken, Pork Chow Fun were also very tasty, as were the egg rolls. We never felt rushed, in fact quite the opposite which I think was because we told the waiter that we hadn't seen each other in a long time and were having lunch to catch up. This establishment is racist and does not have equitable practices. I have ordered from them for over 6 years when I lived on the border of new rochelle and Pelham. I now live on the border of Pelham and Mount Vernon-- 7 minutes away from the restaurant in Fleetwood. I pay $19,000/yr in property taxes and they told me they don't come to this neighborhood. My neighborhood is extremely safe. At first they explained it was "too far" but my house they delivered to before was 7 minutes away and my new home is 7 minutes away. I will not be ordering from this establishment anymore and I wish I never a patron. Additionally, they refuse to join a platform like Uber or grubhub to make access more equitable via drivers who don't discriminate. This is very sad this is still happening in 2023. read more

My go to spot. I have never had a bad experience here and the take out spots around here are normally hit or miss. I absolutely love their food. They give very generous portions too. I always have leftovers for the next day. Must haves: scallion pancakes, pork dumplings, general tso chicken. They are all SO good and the dipping soy sauce is to die for. Not my usual Chinese place but thought I would try it. I wish I didn't. Disappointing. BBQ spare ribs were extremely tough/grisly, not much BBQ or sauce, I could not eat them. They had no flavor whatsoever. Chicken with string beans were gross, flavorless tough/fatty chicken and soggy beans in a thick sticky sauce. I threw it out. Even the duck sauce and crackers had a strange aftertaste. Never again. Quick service and it's take out only, there is a dining room but it's closed. read more

As a pelham local it makes me sad to leave such a poor review but honestly their food is not good. Their garlic sauce is SO SWEET its loaded with so much sugar i can barely taste any garlic. I have never encountered a sweet garlic sauce. Their brown sauce in the shrimp broccoli hardly has any flavor but at least you wont go into diabetic shock. Their vegetable dumplings are not well seasoned and the dough itself is WAY tooo thick. Their chicken wings are also poorly seasoned and the meat itself tastes ancient. They definitely should revise their sauces/food quality and until they revise some recipes i cant recommend this place. read more

The perfect place for my weeknight General Tso's fix (or, in my case, usually Singapore Mai Fun). The food is tasty, the portions are generous (especially if you visit for a sit-down meal), and the service is quick. But what really makes the difference here is the staff--they are so nice! If you become a regular (I've probably eaten here at least two dozen times), everybody becomes so sweet! I'm not exactly a fan of Asian food. I usually crave Asian food once every couple of months. This place is pretty good though. It has both Chinese and Japanese cuisine. I have ordered from both menus. I enjoy dining inside. I always go solo. It's usually never busy in there- most of their business is due to take out orders or deliveries. This place has been around forever though. My go-to dish is usually "Chicken with garlic sauce". I also enjoy eating an egg roll occasionally or the the crab ragoon, however, the last time I was there (about two weeks ago) the egg roll tasted like it was fried in old oil. Gross. I've also ordered various rolls from here. Solid, nothing outstanding but gets the job done. A huge plus is that they give fried wonton chips to start on the table and complimentary Jasmine tea. I've also ordered delivery a few times but one time they completely screwed up my order so I prefer now to only dine inside. Service is pretty standard. Not overly friendly, but they get the job done. I would give this place 4 stars but knocked off one star for a score of 3 because sometimes I question the cleanliness of some staff. read more
