How can you run a business when all you do is run through the building swearing at your employees, curse at each other and scream in foreign languages!! This was supposed to be a Saturday lunch before hitting the beach that turned into a nightmare! Before we could even be seated we made the decision that we were not staying. My son went to use the restroom to find the place was DISGUSTINGLY dirty.... That the back booths were being used for sleeping and office space it looked like. There were boxes everywhere and some employees kid running through the store throwing items everywhere. Some young man came out screaming, never even acknowledged we were there and then continued to degrade some employee to the point we almost wanted to take action. But this is the way they choose to try and run a business.... i have seen better treatment of prisoners'!! I feel really sorry for the employees of this disgraceful place. I just ordered a large pizza and wings with soda and the only good part of the ,meal was the soda. The pizza was under cooked and the wings were chewey if I could give them a negitive 5 stars i would. If I could give them a negative star I would. This past Saturday I ordered 4 large Cheese steaks, 1 small cheese steak, a turkey and cheese sandwich, and 4 oldbay fries for delivery. The total was $58bucks and some change. I was told 35 to 40 min for delivery. After an hour and 10 minutes I called and asked if they were lost, their reply was no it's still here it's getting ready to leave now. Another 45 minutes it arrived. Not only were the fries cold but we found hair in them. The turkey and cheese was awful. Cheese steaks were cold and falling apart. I've had wonderful experiences with Flaming. They are one of the trusted dinner places we order from when we don't want to cook. We like and use the online ordering, things ordered this way rarely get messed up (I like when it's right). The way they deliver it is impressive, example: I order the burger steak meal with mashed potatoes, they put it in a round tin tray, clear cover, put a paper plate under the hot tin container and plastic wrap the whole thing. Meaning it arrives hot, no gravy can leak out in transit, and considerate of my delicate hands when I take it out of the bag. Aww :) It all arrives in a decent time, and I tip via online ordering so quick easy recieving of the goods! Minus a star only for the excessive onions they put on, easy to pick off granted, it just feels like a whole onion if put on there...hehe... 1/32 of an onion would be fine :) Great business I like and will continue to order from them. read more

If I could give less I would, I'm sure the people who work here are lovely but please pay attention to what you serve to your customers. Especially paying ones. Pizza was delicious. Food was ready so quickly! 15-20 minutes. The crust was light brown, not too burned or too flour-covered, perfect thickness, and sauce and cheese were perfect. Flaming Pizza is just okay. We have ordered from them many times, and when they first opened we would let their mistakes slide. Now that they have been open for quite some time, their mistakes are less excusable. They frequently get their orders wrong. For example, I ordered the Chicken Tender Basket, and I was given Fried Chicken. Or, we ordered Garlic Knots and we were given Garlic Bread. Little mistakes, but still irritating. Their pizza sauce and crust is less than desired, and their pastas are not good. I have found little I enjoy eating from them, but my fiance does enjoy their subs. I recommend picking up their food instead of delivery because delivery can take over an hour. The man who runs the restaurant has great customer service, and is a great guy! Some of the people who work the counter could take a lesson in customer service and phone manners. read more

I am super disappointed at the customer service (or lack there of) at this establishment! I placed an order over 4th of July weekend for two large Cheese Steak Subs with lettuce and mayonnaise on both of them also having fried onions and hotz on just 1 besides the lettuce and mayonnaise, I specifically said no tomatoes as I am allergic to tomatoes! When I got all the way home both subs had tomatoes I called the restaurant they said I could either bring them in now and they would fix them or if I didn't feel like driving up there again for the second time that day I could have my Subs replaced the next time I called, well I just called to have my Subs that I already paid for once and couldn't eat since they had tomatoes on them, to be replaced and the manager changed what was said the at the time the food was messed up, and was only trying to give me 15% off saying that nobody gets food for free! Well the food isn't for free since I already paid for once and couldn't eat them because they messed them up and put tomatoes on them, I understand nobody gets food for free but I already paid for it once they should have stuck to what they said the first time and replaced the subs that they screwed up, and as I'm in the restaurant and the manager is trying to educate me on how stupid I am because nobody gets free food, I just wanted to slap him in his face with tomatoes because of his lack of customer service! I would highly recommend to never go there unless you want to be talked to like you're a child, and the food is even great to endure such ridicule, it's mediocre and ordinary it's just convenient! This pizza place is new to the area and I was trying to be a loyal customer and support a new independent business but my pizza order was cold on delivery. It took an hour and half to receive my order with only being 4 minutes from the restaurant. I called to let the restaurant know that my pizza was cold and the manager was really nasty and demanded his pizza back when I let him know i did not want to pay for cold pizza. I paid by credit card so I went to the store to get my receipt that showed where he refunded the card and all the manager wanted to do was argue with me about not giving away free food. This restaurant has lost a loyal customer. I would rather purchase from a further away place that has better service and values their customers. read more
