There were a few issues over time -- a stain here or there that appeared during cleaning -- but never enough to make us switch. That changed a few weeks ago. Our normal delivery arrived: roughly 15 dress shirts, a few pairs of slacks, several blazers. Every single item REEKED of cigarettes and cheap air freshener. Not realizing the extent of it, I hung most of the order in my closet. Mistake. The entire walk-in was contaminated. I cannot overstate how bad this smell was -- imagine a motel room on Breaking Bad. With the closet door closed, we could still smell it throughout the first floor of our home. We ended up relaundering every piece of clothing they had "cleaned," then laundering the rest of the closet's contents on top of that. I scrubbed every hard surface with diluted distilled vinegar. I bought an $800 air purifier and ran it in the closet for several days to finally pull the smell out. When my bride brought the problem to management, she was met with a shrug and an offer to relaunder the original clothing. No reimbursement. No offer to address the rest of the damage. Nothing. We didn't press it. We moved to Mark's for twice-weekly pickup and delivery and haven't looked back. Steer clear of this business. Zero stars. Would not recommend.

It's my first time using a laundromat so i'm not sure how much they usually cost, but it costs $13.75 to use the big 20 lb washers and $3.75 for the big dryer for an hour. I consider that a little pricey to me, but again i'm not sure about usual costs. I definitely recommend if you don't have a washer/dryer in your apartment/home and need to do laundry.

I remembered seeing a place in the Crestwood/Crestline area. I think the previous reviews were based on a place that had different owners than it does now or maybe their angry about something? This place is called Suds N Duds and it is actually a really nice place to spend a couple hours doing laundry. I keep thinking the previous reviewers went to a different location? There is an attendant on duty at all times and she constantly keeps the place clean. All of the machines are working and there are two machines for change if you don't have enough quarters. I've been there in the evenings and on the weekends and the clientele is just like all of us who need a place to wash clothes. I've seen elderly gentlemen struggling with their clothes bags and couples and their kids washing and folding clothes together. There are carts to help move your wet clothes from the washer to the dryer. You can also drop your clothes off and pay for the attendant to do them for you. Not sure the cost of that service, but if you don't have time to sit and wait it's a great option. It costs $3-$6 to wash (depends on the size of the machine) and $1 to dry. If you want to use a super large machine it costs $8 per load. It takes 20 to 25 minutes to wash a normal load. That time goes by pretty fast when you're reading or watching a movie on your phone or tablet. All of the people I've met there are really nice and none of us want to be there washing clothes!! Lol! And of course there are plenty of food options if you get hungry and there is a Winn-Dixie across the street. All in all it's a nice, clean and safe place to wash and dry clothes. The next time your washer or drying stops working, this spot is your best option. There are other places I wouldn't DARE go, but I don't feel uncomfortable going here.
