It's not covered but they have a lot of space, so finding a spot is never an issue. I got there at 1:30am and there was someone at the lobby that greeted us and made the check in process smooth and simple. The bed was actually comfy and there was no noise to wake us up in the middle of the night. Room had a little kitchen area. Also had a couch, table with 2 chairs. One of the mornings, they were giving out free coffee as well.

Parking is free, valet is free, and there's plenty of parking. Checking in was easy, but they send you to another desk to program your wristbands, which act as keys. During this process, they try to sell you their time share, but they weren't annoying. I just wanted to get to my room. The room layout is a bit awkward, but we were barely there, so it didn't make a difference. There's a small sitting area with a table as soon as you walk in. Within that area is a "kitchen" equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, some counter space, and a sink. The living room (with a pullout) has a nice view, a TV (I'm used to bigger screens), and a bathroom. The bedroom is a decent size, and I slept comfortably. However, I would definitely ask for a bigger room for me and my family of three next time. This place has plenty to do. There are two pools, and you can also play in the water park. There are games to play by the pool, like ping pong, corn hole, connect 4, and a bean bag toss game. You can order food and alcohol, including a cabana. I truly enjoyed the space and how spacious it was. I never felt crowded. As I mentioned, I would stay again in a bigger room.

I immediately contacted Signature Rental and their response was less than desired. They told us no housekeeping staff were on location and they would be back at the hotel at 11 am the next day. Me and 3 of my guests were then forced to sleep next to a used condom with a smell of bodily fluids wafting from the vase. In the morning, we left as soon as possible to get out of the filthy room and waited for the room to be cleaned. I got a message from Signature Rental around 1:30 asking me to send a picture of the condom to prove there is an issue... i was floored. Not only have they still not cleaned our room, they need picture evidence to give the room a once over...After i told them i did not feel comfortable taking a picture of someone's used condom, they sent a snarky message about leaving our do not disturb light was on... Sorry, was in a bit of a hurry to get out of our petri dish of a room to check the do not disturb light. Later when returning to the room, we saw there was no signs of actually cleaning that happened, not even the beds were made. Surprisingly, the condom was gone. And the worst part? Not a single refund or anything comped. Am i crazy, or does forcing guests to sleep in a room with a condom not justify a free night at least? I assumed rental companies had some sort of morals for having people sleep in decently cleaned rooms, but not these guys.

The studio was clean and this particular room was conveniently close to the elevator. The price was so much better booking with them directly instead of through third party apps. I will definitely utilize them again. My only complaint was the mattress was not very comfortable for the type of bed that they have in the room, I woke up very sore and felt like I slept on the wooden planks that were underneath the mattress. But in spite of that everything was great.

This corporate-managed unit is the worst of both worlds: zero hotel support and zero private-host hospitality. Despite requesting early check-in, the room wasn't ready at 2:00 PM. I returned at the 4:00 PM check-in time and still waited in the lobby until 4:40 PM to get inside. Inside was a disaster. The room was dirty, the Wi-Fi was broken, the toilet was clogged, the curtain was stuck, and the bathtub wouldn't drain. The host told me to contact the hotel, but hotel staff came up only to declare it a private unit and say they couldn't help. They passed the buck back and forth until I sent an angry message, only to be told maintenance wouldn't arrive until after 11:00 AM the next day. Infuriated, I stayed up past midnight with Airbnb support just to switch hosts. Unbelievably, despite the unlivable conditions, they had the audacity to charge me over $300 for a partial stay and a cleaning fee. Easily the worst stay in my travel history.

We arrived early Friday morning and were greeted by William, who was incredibly kind and hardworking--seriously, bless him. Since our room wasn't ready yet, he offered to store all of our luggage (and groceries), and later helped us get a cart and settled in. He was such a standout and made a great first impression. The room was as advertised, washer and dryer are on premises for an extra fee. Not a huge deal for a short trip, but it would've been a downside if we were staying longer. Otherwise, it was well-stocked with what we needed. Beds weren't the coziest, but they were fine. What really stood out was the staff--they were constantly checking in to see if we needed anything, which we appreciated. The pool area was just okay--pretty crowded, and it could definitely use more chairs and maybe some music for better ambiance. That said, Derek came around handing out ice cream and was incredibly friendly. We even saw him picking up litter himself, which says a lot about the level of care the take in guest experience. I also noticed a sign with daily activities, which looked like a fun perk--especially for families or those traveling with kids. There was also a well-stocked snack area available for purchase, which was super convenient. I had heard they sometimes push timeshare tours, but we weren't approached even once, which I really appreciated. Overall, while I'd probably choose a full Airbnb house over this for a longer stay, this property worked perfectly for our quick trip. The staff truly made the experience, and because of them--especially William--I'm giving this a 5-star review.

Then to top it all off, comes with a cockroach that comes out in the middle of the day to die in the center of your room...so who knows how many alive ones there are! The lack of urgency with the staff when we reported it was ridiculous. The front desk staff was rude and didn't seem to care at all. The manager was decent about it but didn't want to refund us more than the one evening, ridiculous. The hero was the mechanic who retrieved the dead cockroach and helped us pack our belongings. I don't care that much there was a cockroach, while it might be gross and could indicate these rooms aren't super clean, bugs happen. What upset me the most was the lack of care from the staff. Your job is hospitality, show it. So I wouldn't recommend this place, no because of the bugs....but because of the service....

5/5 Stars - Feels Like a Home Away From Home…read more If you're planning an extended stay in Las Vegas, the Marriott Grand Chateau deserves a serious look. I've stayed here many times and it remains my go-to off-Strip hotel, and for good reason. I spent six nights here solo in a one-bedroom suite, and it genuinely felt less like a hotel stay and more like having my own apartment a short Uber or Lyft ride from the Strip. The suites are the real story here, mine came equipped with a full kitchen, full-size refrigerator, and an in-room washer and dryer. For a six-day solo trip, that last feature alone was a game changer. Being able to do laundry without hunting down a laundromat or paying resort dry-cleaning prices is something you don't realize you've been missing until you have it. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a huge soaking tub that made winding down after long days on the Strip effortless. They also have a great on-site restaurant that I'd happily recommend without the "for a hotel restaurant" qualifier. Good food, good service, and convenient enough that you actually want to use it. Speaking of service, the staff here stood out. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. When I asked about early check-in, they accommodated me without hesitation and at no extra charge, which set a great tone from the moment I arrived. If you're traveling with family or a group, they also offer two-bedroom suites. Either way, the Grand Chateau earns its reputation as one of the better extended-stay options in Vegas.

We were able to walk nearby to get food and any supplies that we needed. It wasn't as crazy for Uber/Lyft to get over for pick ups when we traveled out during the stay. The room was clean and spacious. Elevators worked nicely, and they also had good security to move up into the rooms with someone checking one the first floor. Staff was also really helpful with any questions. We had some time before our flight was going to take off as well. We were able to set up downstairs as there was a long green couch seater with plug ins that you could use. We were able to do work on the side while killing time before our evening flight. There was also a piano cover singer that day too which was a nice touch in my mind. Worked out well for us in this case.
