After being left high and dry by another plumber who had been scheduled months in advance and canceled at the last minute, we were in a tough spot. We needed a gas line installed for our backyard fire pit in order to move forward with other scheduled renovation work. I contacted McDaniel Plumbing on a Friday afternoon, hoping they could help us on short notice. To our relief, Chris personally came out the very next Monday to assess the job and provide a quote. He was clear and upfront about his availability, explaining that due to prior commitments, he could schedule us for the following week. True to his word, we received a detailed and fair estimate promptly and were placed on his schedule. Throughout the process, Chris maintained excellent communication--confirming the date and time for the installation and arriving exactly as planned. The work was done efficiently, professionally, and with a high level of craftsmanship. Thanks to Chris, our project stayed on track and we were able to proceed with the rest of our backyard upgrades without delay. Reliable, responsive, and skilled--Chris McDaniel Plumbing earned our trust and appreciation. We would not hesitate to use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality plumbing work.

He was very professional throughout, and took time to explain everything and provide clear evidence to support his recommendations. Josh also took the time and initiative to help track down filters for our kitchen water filter and figure out the appropriate specifications on the frequency of replacement, and a quote for doing the work if we wanted further assistance.

Unfortunately, my experience with Beacon Plumbing was one of the most unprofessional customer service interactions I've ever had. We submitted a work order for a leak under a kitchen sink. Several hours later, we received an email in all caps stating, "CANCEL, INFORMATION NOT CLEAR." There was no explanation or request for clarification. Confused, I called the office simply to understand what information was needed so we could get the work moving forward. Camille answered the phone, and the conversation quickly became hostile. Rather than allowing me to explain or working toward a solution, she repeatedly interrupted me, refused to hear my explanation, and ultimately hung up on me. Thinking the call may have been disconnected or there had been a misunderstanding, I called back. Unfortunately, the second conversation was even worse. Camille remained aggressive and dismissive. When it became clear she wasn't interested in resolving the issue, I asked to speak with her manager. Her response was, "I AM the Manager!" Your phone system states that calls are recorded. If that's the case, I would strongly encourage Patrick Cahill, the owner, to review this call. As someone who owns a business and manages employees myself, I was genuinely shocked that an office manager would speak to a customer this way. Ironically, we had a Beacon technician complete a work order at one of our rental properties just days earlier, and the experience with the technician was excellent. Because of that, we were excited to send more business to Beacon. Unfortunately, this interaction with the office completely changed that. Customer service matters just as much as quality workmanship, and after this experience, I cannot continue to trust Beacon with our business. It's unfortunate because this could have been resolved with a simple conversation. Instead, we've decided to take our business elsewhere.

He gave a very fair estimate and we scheduled for a couple days out to allow for my new stove to be delivered. He took care of everything from pulling city permits, scheduling inspections and making sure my new stove was installed and ready to go for me with minimal down time. I'm thrilled to have such an awesome plumber to call for all my future needs. I highly recommend Sean for anything you need. I can't say enough about how wonderful and easy every aspect of the service has been.

He is so polite, very professional, communicative and take so much pride in his work. He was apprehensive at first to do an outdoor shower for liability purposes, but still came to spec the job, which I really appreciated. He ended up taking the job and was exciting about the challenge and the design and went as far as doing research on how he could make the water valves safe from freezing in the winter. He just went above and beyond every step of the way. I really appreciated the complementary home inspection of all the plumbing inside and outside the house PRIOR to starting any work. That was so smart and so nice and it actually turned out to be a life saver for me when he found a pin hole leak in a pipe underneath my house that had been leaking for weeks! I am not sure anyone else would have found that. Needless to say, he ended up fixing that, saving me a disaster down the road and getting the shower done in two visits. He worked non-stop all day, is very clean and neat and takes so much pride in his work. I highly recommend him! I am very happy :)

Sherry purchased an HVAC maintenance contract from Perfect Plumbing Heating and Air last year…read more Since she works an early shift, she asked me if I could meet the technicians for her service appointment this morning. She said they had committed to be there sometime between 8 and 11, but had told her they would try to be there at 8:00. This morning at about 7:45 AM Sherry received an email and a text message saying the technician was on his way, and both included the technician's photo. At precisely 8:00 AM, the truck pulled up to Sherry's house. I was greeted by a clean cut and professional young man named Chris, who introduced me to his trainee Colton. The first thing Chris asked is if I was OK with where he had parked his truck. Chris explained they would need access to Sherry's HVAC unit, the compressor, and the thermostat. They laid out a mat in front of the HVAC unit to catch any debris that may escape during cleaning, and when they came inside for me to show them the thermostat location, they put protective covers on their shoes. They presented me with an iPad for signatures authorizing the work they were performing, said the service would take from one to one and a half hours and that they didn't need me to stick around, and that they would leave a written report on Sherry's counter when they left. As I left, Colton was *wiping down* the inside access door of Sherry's HVAC. I'm a process guy, so when a company exhibits process perfection in their customer interaction I am confident that they will follow that process even if I'm not there to watch, and that everything else in the back of house is in order. Perfect Plumbing Heating and Air is one of those companies.

Perfectly and magically your wallet is drained. Just for giggles... $100 service call, $50 to haul off old toilet and $200 an hour is 350... 600?!?! What planet?
