Got a quote from a few different businesses and they had the best price and best reviews! Called the shop and they were able to schedule an appointment same day. Johni the owner is highly experienced,honest, and very friendly. He took the time to explain everything and made sure the replacement was done right. Replaced with Pilkington brand windshield which is OEM glass and also did the ADAS recalibration as well. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area or in need of auto glass work done!

Pros: the aftermarket glass is from a respected and reputable brand. (FUYAO). Polyurethane used is Sika, also a respected and reputable brand. They didn't cut corners with poor quality parts or cheap consumables. Glass was laid flat and with no leaks. No damage to A-pillar inner trims, dashboard, or headliner. Staff is friendly and provided water on a hot day. The best price I was able to get in the area. Can be improved upon: Found wind noise post-repair when going above 40mph. I diagnosed the NVH and found loose cowl garnishes on both LH/RH side. They easily could have flown off on the highway. I provided the glass tech clips I had purchased prior to the service because I know they break when removing pieces. I was told the clips were not needed. (They kept my clips despite saying that they weren't needed). I showed up at 9:30a.m. and service was completed at 1:30p.m. Did not mind the wait but found out it was due to them not having my glass. I had called to make the appointment 7 days prior to ensure my glass would be in stock during day of service. When receiving my vehicle back, the hispanic glass tech advised me to call ahead of time so this type of stuff doesn't happen. Sir I did. Just admit you made a mistake. Mistakes happen. Its all good. I had a job that was done by Safelite under insurance, but it was not very good (misaligned,…read moreexposed edges, misplaced universal molding/trim, etc.). I started looking around at local shops that take Farmers. My requirements were to use all OEM trim, foam, etc. to ensure that the fit and finish looked original and to avoid another Safelite-quality 'repair'. Out of all the local OC shops I talked to, Johnny was the only one who took the time to carefully listen to my concerns. He researched all the OEM parts for me on the first phone call. If you care about the details of your car, ask for Johnny because he really understands his customers. Others on the team are just as great. They kept in touch with me even when Johnny was away for a few days. I brought my car to the shop and the team kept me informed throughout the whole process. It was a quick job but they did it right, which is not what Safelite did. Avoid Safelite and just go with this shop (they are part of the Farmers affiliate network).

However, they were the most comprehensive in their initial quote and quoted me top-tier glass. If you have a front-mounted camera for adaptive cruise control, lane assist, etc., you HAVE to have the system recalibrated after a new windshield is installed. Several quotes suggested it's an option. It's not. Signature was on top of it when I asked about the calibration and how it was performed. They always responded to my several questions as I was deciding between two different auto glass shops. Signature won out for being quick to respond and offering more for less. I finalized the appointment on a Friday, and they were able to get me in on Monday morning. Monday came, and I was there at 8:30 (FYI: It's a little tricky to find as it's a small driveway, so slow down when you get close.) The guiding me into the garage where my window was already set up, ready to go. They led me to their waiting room with a TV, coffee, etc. They came in, showed me that my camera was slightly misaligned after removing my window, and said it would hopefully be corrected when they were done. About 90 minutes later, they came and got me, said they were done, and went through the report that said my camera had been perfectly recalibrated. Taking the care home, the window looked great! In more tests, it rained the next night, so I went for a drive, and there were zero leaks around the window. I couldn't have asked for a better product or service. One final hint - pay cash if you can. They appreciate it.
