Instead I took my laptop to CTA and it was fixed in about a day. I left it there over the weekend to make sure it was in fact stable, picked it up, and it has been as good as new for 4 days now - without the cost. I hope I don't need this service again, but if and when I do, I will 100% be using CTA.

Instead, they charged me $150 to install a new hard drive with more memory and failed to install the new OS. When I ran the update at home, I was locked out of one of my profiles. When I brought the MAC back, the man said, "What did you do?" and acted like I did something wrong for installing the newest update. I told him he didn't do what I had asked him to do. He fixed it, after mansplaining to me, and then told me he should charge me but was going to give me a break. The DVDs were going to cost $300 to transfer to the thumb drive, so I said I'd wait. He had told me it would cost me $80 to try and get any data off of the Dell laptop. So I left the computer there and said I'd comeback for the hard drive. To be fair, this was in April. I went in today to try and get the hard drive, and at first, they said they didn't know what I was talking about, and then tried to insist they had given it to me (they didn't) and then finally just said, "Well, we don't have it". If you choose to go here, get EVERYTHING in writing!

He tries to look at it and then BREAKS my face ID port. Wait not done... he then says he has to ORDER the part so I have to now COME BACK to get fixed what he broke.
