    Horrible business practices, broke both my side mirrors and cracked my side passenger mirror, on camera, mirror still inside the car wash, proof 100% that the car washb is liable, they gave me a yellow form and an email address saying email them and next week see what they say, called manager they said they can't talk to anyone and don't want to do anything or give any shit that my car is not drivable just email them and wait till next Monday: smh. Horrible business, gas catches fire and kills people here's the email, and we'll email back in a week.

    I am posting this based off of my husband's experience at Flash Car Wash today. These are his words on my Yelp account. I stopped to get gas and noticed that if you buy a carwash from their on site wash service you get a gas discount. I purchased the most expensive wash plan they had only to realize when I got to the wash attendant that the gas pump purchase was for a single wash only. I then purchased the "Flash Unlimited" plan that had a monthly service to it. Before going through, the wash attendant walked around my van to do a visual inspection. She didn't report anything to me that was a concern. During the wash, both my side mirrors were getting bashed around pretty hard and I was worried that they were going to be torn off, but thankfully they didn't.  After that I went into the gas station because I was told "that is where you get a refund for the $20 single wash" that I had incorrectly purchased initially at the pump. After that refund was processed, I went out and saw the side of my van had two large areas of paint removed.  I immediately went to show the damage to the car wash manager only to be told that there was nothing they would do because "they are not responsible". I then asked for a refund for the wash since it had ruined the paint on my van, only to be told I needed to email them about any complaints and they began yelling at me to get off their property. They took my photo and threatened to call the police. They escalated the situation from 0 to 10 simply due to the fact that I was questioning why I could not get a refund. Their "manager" went from acting normal to crazy immediately. Her behavior was shocking to say the least. I was shocked that they wouldn't at least give me a refund for the wash.

    Only go to this car wash if you want your mirrors to be broken and for them to not pay for it. The car wash ripped my mirrors back-and-forth breaking the driver side. The manager told me it was broken due to "wear and tear ". Which is so interesting to me because it was working perfect until I got out of the car wash. Such a huge bummer because this is the most convenient car wash in the area. I really wish I would've read the other reviews before coming to this car wash and paying for a membership. Please please please notice the current reviews and be mindful before going to this car wash.

    Short version: This car wash is grossly overpriced, the service by the employees is terrible, and it does not clean your car. I actually ended up contacting my bank to get my $17 back after the treatment here, something I have never done before. Go to Clausens on Mill Plain, they are cheaper, nicer and they actually clean your car. Long version: This happened in April but I recently had a conversation with with friend and recalled that I had never left a review for this incident. I drove my car down a short gravel road and my car was slightly dusty. I was out with my mother running errands and before a late lunch we went to this car wash. I paid the $17 and we went through the car wash. When we pulled out there was some dirt still on the window but I know its a car wash and not everything will be clean. We drive away down 164th and stop to get lunch. Leaving lunch while walking back to the car I notice how dirty the back is, it was worse than when I went into the car wash. My car is dirtier after I paid $17 to clean it. We are 5 minutes away so we go back. I pull up and the same younger man recognized me (he was the only person there the first time, and he was nice) and came up asking if everything was okay. I mentioned the back and he looked at it and came back to window and said he cannot give a refund. I said that was okay, can we just run through one more time and he nodded just as a younger women came out of the booth very angrily towards us. She had two toned hair and I did not catch her name. She went to the back of my car, came forward and said that my car was too dirty to be cleaned, and very condescendingly said she would explain it to me so I would understand. I was shocked but said I would like to run through one more time please and remove the dirt. She then said that I would need to pay another $17 to use the machine. I showed her my receipt to prove I was there 30 minutes earlier and she said it did not matter, my car was the issue and I could either pay her or leave. I have worked years in a customer facing profession and could not believe the way she spoke to us when we were being polite. She moved the cones to the left and sarcastically waved and said "Byeeeeee". The next day I ended up going to Clausens on Mill Plain and after a basic wash through them all the dirt was gone. The same dirt that the Flash employee told me was not able to be removed. Save your money and go support a better business.

    Advertised as Open until "8pm" yet they are closed by 6pm. Hard to use your unlimited pass when they are closed

They have the same staff and services just a new name. If you have the membership that comes with an App it still works but it's now got a few bugs. No worries they can take your plate number or name and find your membership.

    Rocket Wash is overall great! This review is based solely on Rocket Wash's automatic "Exterior…read moreOnly" car wash, and not their full interior or detailing services, which I hope to try once the rainy season is over. I came in for an exterior wash and was promptly greeted by a very friendly, professional, and helpful attendant who asked what service I wanted (they offer three levels of wash, priced at $8, $12, and $15). I asked for a recommendation, and he said that with all the rain this time of year, I probably wouldn't see the benefit of the $15, and recommended the $8 or the $12. I opted for the $12, and was extremely appreciative of his honesty and not just trying to charge me as much as he could. He was able to take my card payment right there on the spot using a portable card reader / receipt printer, which is very reassuring and makes for feeling more secure than if he'd had to take my card inside the building. I also very much appreciated his clear directions for where to go and what to do after payment was rendered. I was very pleased to be given two individually wrapped and labeled interior wipes: one for the dashboard, and one for glass. The dash wipe was very effective, but the glass wipe left a residue (I used it on the interior when I got home). The car wash itself was very surprising and fun! Halfway through, you're treated to bright, multi-color illumination that makes the foam on your car intensely glow one neon color at a time. This literally made me laugh, and was truly enjoyable. I also extremely appreciated the red, flashing 'Wait", and then the green, flashing "Go" sign at the end of the wash. This is much clearer and easier to follow than what most other car washes have. The dry station has many (what appear to be) rubber nozzles that get much closer to your car than any other I've ever experienced. I suspect that these were designed to get the car dryer than conventional designs do, but the glass didn't seem to be any dryer afterward than others. The only minor disappointment was that my car wasn't as clean after the wash as I'd expect it to be. I had to manually clean my side mirrors, a small area on each side window by the mirrors, and a section of the right side of my windshield after I got home. I'm sure that this can be fixed, and I'm looking forward to my next flashing colored light car wash! One final plus is its location makes it very easy to get into and out of. Despite it being located right on the busy Mill Plain Blvd. ingress and egress is easy and fast.

If you value your time, your wallet, or your sanity, stay far away from Vancouver Toyota. Lack of Expertise For a dealership, their lack of basic automotive knowledge is staggering. I went in with specific concerns, and it felt like I was explaining vehicle mechanics to people who had never seen an engine before. They are quick to suggest expensive "fixes" without actually diagnosing the root cause. It's clear they prioritize sales over actual mechanical competence. Management Issues The leadership here is where the real problems start: * Chance (Manager): I have never encountered a manager so unprofessional. Chance is an absolute bully who defaults to being rude and condescending the moment you ask a follow-up question. Instead of de-escalating issues, he uses intimidation tactics to shut customers down. * Lori (Customer Relations Manager): You'd think the person in charge of "relations" would have a shred of empathy, but Lori was even worse. She talks down to customers like they're a nuisance. During our interaction, it was painfully obvious she was more concerned about clocking out and getting off work than actually resolving my problem. Final Verdict The culture here is toxic. From the service bay to the front office, there is a complete disregard for customer care. They don't want to help you; they just want you to pay up and go away so they can go home. Save yourself the headache--go literally anywhere else.
