Literally 5 hours later I discovered that my car was done on my own because I saw it out back - no one told me anything. It was hardly anyone of them than myself in the waiting room all this time and I heard loud shouting and arguing going on in the repair bays so I have no idea about the mechanics or their mindset. Frankly I have zero trust it was done correctly or that the tires were ever even balanced the way that they were supposed to be. I'm going on a very long drive up to New Hampshire and back this week and when I called their complaint line was told that someone would get back to me in 48 hours - but I need to have this actually addressed so I can have the tires that another location removed and balanced and put on properly by Monday morning. No promises are being made to me that this will be done in time or how that leaves me if I am driving long distances on tires not properly installed or that they will take any responsibility for shortened tire lifespan.
