And because it's still considered new, everything is in great shape and feels clean. The ballrooms and meeting rooms are what you would expect for a hotel. They can accommodate groups of various sizes and I believe they can even do outdoor setups for weddings, etc. The staff are all polite and helpful. They have sports areas like soccer and basketball, large slides, and a jousting type area that had tons of teenagers having a good time. The arcade and claw machines are a good spot for a break/change of scenery. Staff: staff did a good job of monitoring kids and kindly correcting improper use of equipment to keep everyone safe. They were super courteous and kept areas clean. I appreciate staff that can interact well with the kiddos. Price: I love that they have much lower prices for parents. Adults are $7 and kids are $19.95, ages 3 and under $15.95. There is a 2 hour time limit but you can add on time for a lower cost as well. We spent about $50 at the food court for a family of 4, including treats like slushies! We were all full. I reccomended getting food after jump time has run out. It's nice to have a one stop shop.
