If I could give zero stars I would. Please make sure you spend a few minutes to research this company and its owner before conducting business with them. A quick look up on BBB tells you a lot. Flat Roof Pros did my roof a few years ago and we had issues as soon as they "finished" the job. They left a mess and we were told when they finished they would be back to clean up and they never returned, leaving us to clean up their mess. They also scraped a bunch of gravel into our pool which took months to clean out ourselves. The leak we had before we hired them to redo our entire roof was still there after they left and the entire roof material they put on was cracking all over the place. It took months of calling, emailing, and even showing up at their office to get anyone to respond to come back out to repair the leak. When they finally came out we asked about the cracks thinking that was not normal and they said as long as it wasn't leaking it was fine. They patched the leaking area and left, however it still leaked AGAIN and in the months it took us to get them back out for a second patch a new leak sprung up and started leaking into our house. This time when they finally returned they patched both leaks, however only one is fixed and the second newer leak is still leaking into our house. I called and emailed for months and months again with no response and now have found out that the owner has moved out of state and it appears Flat Roof Pros is no longer in business, which also appears means they also aren't honoring any of their 20 year contracts they have with their customers. So after years of terrible service and a crappy roof job and thousands of dollars, I'm stuck with a cracked and leaking roof with buckets inside my house to catch the water. According to BBB, Flat Roof Pros alternate business name is Roofchecks.com. I contacted them and found the owner is Flat Roof Pros' brother and the two companies used to be affiliated, however Roofchecks.com also doesn't honor Flat Roof Pros contracts and also doesn't repair flat roofs. In speaking to a third non-affiliated roofing company, they are even questioning whether Flat Roof Pros even used the materials as stated in our contract. They think they may have used a discontinued and defective product instead of the one listed in our contract. read more

I asked if I could get the estimate back sooner than later. I did receive it within the next day. And move forward on the process and it was done three weeks later be for the rain at the end of December. Once they finish I did have a little bit of water coming through and Igor came back ASAP and fix it. With all the rain lately it hasn't leaked. Definitely a trustworthy company. Flat Roof Pros installed a brand new commercial flat roof in June 2022. With the first rain after the roof was installed, the roof leaked and Flat Roof Pros said it was the HVAC duct work so we had new duct work installed. The roof leaked in the same place leak again with the next rain. After multiple calls, they came out and said they had tested the roof and it was water tight. Last week, the roof leaked in the SAME place again. After we placed multiple calls, we are again waiting for someone to return our call and come fix our roof. read more

When the day came I called and they had forgot my appointment wanted to residual. This winter, I had another leaking issue on the roof, which was quickly checked out and repaired by the company. The repair is still under 2 year warranty, but the company put my roof issue as higher priority to get the issue resolved. Do not believe Igor the owner, he did not pay one of his suppliers so the supplier put a lien on 50 of our condo units, our HOA had to pay it to remove the liens, nice guy! If Igor did not have the materials ready, Covid or no Covid, he should NOT have taken the roofs off of seven of our buildings to the membranes and left them exposed to the sun all last summer, more than four months. Our condo complex is suing him, and rightfully so! read more

This is the WORST company I've ever heard if in my life! They were hired to do some work at my daughter's apartments mind you this was all the way back on New Years Eve. So at that time we were having major storms in Sacramento. So one of the contractors decided that it would be a good idea to leave a HUGE wax roll on top if the roof which during the storm that night rolled off of the 2 story Roof and landed on top of my daughter's Mercedes SUV! Totally crushed the top of her car, shattered the back window, damaged the bumper ect. So now dl during the pouring rain everything that was inside the back of the truck like my granddaughters stroller, carseat, diapers ect were ruined! It went from losing everything in the back to having mildew and mold inside the truck! No apology from Flat Roof Pros, no follow-up or NOTHING! My apartments had to give my daughter the information for the company and when I reached out the manager or owner (IGOR) would never take the call! He had his receptionist do all the talking lol. And then get this the insurance that they had at the time said Flat Roof Pros did not pay their bill and owed them $2500 which they took out of my daughter's compensation so not only has she had to wait over 5 months to FINALLY get the insurance information from the receptionist MY DAUGHTER had to pay their debt lol! This has to be a joke right? Well unfortunately it's FACTS and now my daughter has to go through the trouble of taking Flat Roof Pros to Small Claims Court to get reimbursed for their bill that she paid plus all of her losses inside the vehicle!!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could this company is very unprofessional and careless!
