Great little coffee shop next to my hotel when I stayed at the Marriott Boulder. I tried the caramel crunch and almond croissant. It was the perfect way to start my day! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The best part? Is they have the best views of the flat iron mountains. (Hence the name) Definitely worth checking out!

Great quick service. Ice cap is delicious. So were the lattes and peach's mango smoothie. Definitely would recommend. Super friendly staff.

What a cute coffee shop with some amazing views of Boulder's mountains. I also really like that there was a decent size parking lot in the front and more parking in the back if needed. There were so many different types of drinks and a few tea options as well. I eventually went with an Iced caramel crunch and while there was no crunch, it was a really good iced coffee beverage to get me energized. While waiting, I came across a row of 4 chairs that featured breathtaking views. There's a good bit of seating outside and inside as well. I can't wait to come back and try some more drinks!

My coffee was great, the breakfast burrito was ok (it was pre-packaged and met expectations). Nice atmosphere, good music, not too loud, and an amazing view out the front windows. Polite and helpful staff. Thanks for a relaxing morning start!

Great coffee + breakfast burritos with a view! After hiking around Boulder, I opted for Flatiron Coffee for some fuel. I was immediately greeted by the people behind the counter and my drink + food was ready quickly! I got the chorizo breakfast Burrito (from bonfire burritos - one of my favs!) and the pumpkin pie latte (a seasonal drink). I posted up on my computer to do some work while enjoying my food/drink + looking out on the flatirons. Ideal!

I went here while visiting Boulder! It was a short walking distance from the Marriott Boulder and we met a group of people here the morning after a wedding! The space was your average coffee shop size, but we were able to find a space for our large group! They also did have some outdoor seating and tables if that's your style! The baristas answered questions and were great about making sure we got what we would enjoy. I ordered an iced caramel crunch latte and it was delicious! Not too sweet but a nice caramel flavor. I'm not a big coffee snob, so if they have a good iced latte I'm happy! My husband and I also ordered some breakfast sandwiches. They looked like they were premade and reheated but when we ate them I wouldn't have known it was premade! They were nice and hot and tasted fresh! They also had an assortment of pasties and vegetarian options too. I'm not sure about gluten free/vegan, but I know the staff would be happy to let you know if asked! Overall I would visit here again for a quick breakfast on the go or just a nice place to hang out and grab a coffee!

Visiting here was a nice bookend to my Boulder visit on MLK Jr Day. I have memories of this place from when I was a Boulder resident. I would usually get coffees to go. On one occasion, I had a business meeting for a job that I just started at the time. I met one of my future team members. I had a nice first impression of this person. We had coffee here while discussing various details of the job. On another occasion, I went here with a friend, after returning from moving to another state. This place holds special memories for me. It's a very convenient location to meet a friend, have a quick business meeting or study for school. Their coffee isn't bad. I ordered a decaf Americano for this visit. I didn't need any cream or sweetener for my coffee. Good sign of a quality coffee! On this visit, I sat inside for a while to plan my trip home. It was ideal for that. Seating is sort of cramped here. Barista was friendly as well. Their prices are reasonable as well. I would definitely return here when visiting Boulder again, whenever that will be.

The staff was nice and friendly. My favorite part of my first visit to Flatiron Coffee. We were in the area and stopped in for coffee. I got their frozen cappuccino with a shot of nitro cold brew. It was a good blend of creaminess to coffee taste. I loved the bits of ice. It reminded me of a Slush Puppy from a convenience store or gas station. The associate at the register recommended their frozen cappuccino and with my addition of the nitro cold brew, it hit the spot! Their petite almond financier was a delicious afternoon accompaniment to my drink. If I lived in town, I would stop in regularly. Parking lot available.

Very friendly coffee shop. One of a kind. No others in town or elsewhere. Great selection of flavored coffees. Recommended!

Nice service and very quick. Got the medium and sweet dirty chai. They were ok. The blueberry muffin was solid, but wish it was warmed.

We had to wait about 20 mins without a reservation on a weekday - im guessing weekends are busier. The menu is influenced from countries along the silk route and has a dish from various different countries. We tried the swedish svamptoast, malaysian sambal curry, indonesian peanut noodle, choo chee salmon. Everything was flavorful, a little spicy, good quantities and the value for money was also great - each dish was $20-$23 range which is great for such an ambience. We also tried their chai - which was lightly spiced and one of the black teas (pineapple chilli) - and these were delicious too! We had kids with us and they were super friendly and nice towards them and accommodating to menu changes based on preferences. Overall - highly recommend this place!

Service throughout was cheerful, thorough and we were made to feel truly welcomed which we appreciated. The building is astoundingly beautiful from the moment you walk up to the heavenly scented rose garden out front to the handmade tile building to the statues in the fountain that lend just the right amount of peaceful tranquility....it's all quite remarkable to the senses. Then comes the feast with international influences from Persia to Africa to Asia, etc, it brings a masterful collection of flavors. We ordered the bao, hummus plate and Mediterranean salad to start and all were excellent. The bao was my favorite, pillowy soft with succulent pork. For mains we ordered: the lamb shish kabebs which were as expected and served with a delicious rice and tzatziki sauce, next was the spicy Indonesian peanut noodles with chicken and this was amazingly flavorful and perfectly prepared, but our last one was my favorite and that was the African Shoko which was beef that was so tender and delicious and paired with plantains and peppers which gave it this mild sweet heat that was an absolute delight! We most certainly couldn't end the night without dessert so we opted for the chocolate espresso mousse and the Austrian apple streusel which reminded me of my Grandma in the most perfect and beautiful way, it was delicious and if I hadn't been so full I would have eaten every bite! What a tremendous experience! I cannot wait to come back and try their tea service! This place is truly special!

This is the first shop to open outside the MOXY on the Hill on the plaza attached. It was a sunny, almost spring day and worth the walk for an afternoon treat. My standard for trying a new place to get a feel of their range, is a Cortado, decaf with oat milk. And always, some tasty looking pastry. This was a successful visit. The pastries are baked locally by Dry Storage and the orange cardamom scone was small and a great treat. Much better than humongous scones tend to be, as I think they bake more evenly. It was barely warmed so the frosting would soften and the interior soft and fresh, which enhances the flavors. The Cortado was fine too. Not quite the mellow decaf I have elsewhere every morning but nicely tempered by the oat milk. Some places use too much in their milk portion of the serving and I prefer the perfect balance of them as intended. It was nicely served on a small ceramic tray with a similar sized glass of sparkling water. Seems to be a trend these days in similar coffee shops. The decor is very modern and sleek. Lots of white and gray tile and marble surfaces with industrial duct work up high on the vaulted ceiling. There is also a good selection of teas for those that prefer. The pastry selection is still quite small and will be expanded when the need arises. The staff was helpful and getting to know their shop. I'm sure when they are more practiced and they develop a regular following, they will be able to pick up the pace behind the bar. There are some unusual seating areas which not everyone will be able to use as they require some climbing, like bleachers. I'm sure one. On fall football game days, they will fill up with agile young people and they will need far more baristas in place.
