Our routine work included regular cleaning of everything in the lobby, including chairs and arcade machines to ensure that customers would be met with a welcoming and sanitary environment. The Hillside Cinema is a long-standing business within the Gloucester community, and though i'm no longer working there I do find myself going back to see movies there. You wont find better tasting popcorn anywhere else, and the people who work there are likely to remember you if you're a repeat customer.

Deb and another girl whose name fully escapes me, made our evening very enjoyable. There's nothing "fancy" at Zoll Vineyards. What you DO get is a wine list with amazingly accurate descriptions. We even found ourselves using the word "complex" while tasting one of the wines. I guess we graduated to a next level?!? There is a light menu offered including a fantastic "bread and cheese board" which I HIGHLY recommend! I had a nice chicken salad and she, a corn beef sandwich with light sides. Now is a great time of year to go sit outside, put on a bit of jazz on YouTube (low enough as to not disturb others) and go enjoy some nice wine and sangria choices at Zoll Vineyards. This year, I was fortunate to have a chance to catch the multi-media sculptural exhibit at Arts on Main. Many of the sculptures were both inspiring and innovative. I would definitely recommend making Arts on Main a must stop when visiting the Gloucester area.

The theatre is small and classic with a little concessions area and nice bathrooms. It's a single-level theatre but the seats are angled well enough that no one's going to block your view of the stage. Really, any seat is a good seat. I attended the inaugural Virginia Cat Festival (day 1) here, with Jackson Galaxy as the keynote speaker. I enjoyed my visit all around and the venue was clearly clean and well-kept. I'd attend another event there in the future.
