The Sky Bar is on the rooftop of Hilton VA Beach with 365 view of the City and has nice selection of spirits of many kind. There is an infinity pool and spa located outside with wall cabanas and located inside is a pool with fountain system (unsure if there's indoor spa). Both pools are saltwater which is nice!! The restaurant was wide open so we decided to sit at the bar instead of a table not sure if he was greeted at the bar because I went to the restroom. Nevertheless I came from the restroom and sat at the bar with him and not even 2 minutes later I was greeted with gnats and the smell of bleach such a turn off not sure what's going on here or what happened but I was ready to go. My bestie wanted to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt but 5 minutes later I still was turned off and was ready to go. Well... go at your own risk. Parking is available on the street as well as a parking garage is available within walking distance. We were in and out by 7pm. $60 spent I order an old fashioned I know I finished that in about 15 seconds because I didn't want anything to get in it so from what I can recall it was good. The kitchen staff was rude, and overall the employees treated paying customers as if they were inconveniencing them rather than supporting the business. It felt like basic courtesy and professionalism were completely absent. I also found it ridiculous that people were standing in long lines waiting for food inside what is supposed to be a nightlife venue. On top of that, the place is cash only, which feels outdated and unnecessary in 2026. The only reason this place seems to stay popular is because people like the atmosphere enough to tolerate the poor service and inefficient policies. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy myself at all.
