While I was pleased to see your lunch crowd had the place 90% full, the 22 minute wait for 2 lukewarm cheesesteak sandwiches (both mine amd my spouse's), having to ask for ketchup and being told "they are on the tables". Well, there are 9 tables and only 2 bottles of ketchup amongst them. Only after 2 other diners asked for ketchup was another (ONE) bottle given to the 3rd person to ask for ketchup. On a positive note... the fries were hot. perhaps you leave the cheesesteaks on the grill until the fries are done? Now the travesty of all.... the last 3 visits no Hank's sodas have been stocked. We are not Pepsi product fans. so we ended up with the 6 Oz water cup but it's free so won't complain about that. The cool temperature cheesesteaks were not finished by either myself or DH.
