Roya immediately responded which I appreciated because it was so last minute and I needed to find someone and I'm glad I found Roya. First, when I say Roya has everything, she has EVERYTHING. From skincare to prep your skin, to makeup, to brushes, to etc. which was nice because I forgot my foundation but she had the makeup foundation I use and color! Phew, I was saved. I showed Roya what I was wearing and what I don't want and I let her do the rest. After all, she is a makeup artist and she knows what is best therefore I trusted her and she did not disappoint. Roya is great at enhancing your beauty and making sure your face is not all caked up. The hardest part for me with makeup is putting falsies on since my eyes are sensitive and I tear up but she let me know that she is great at it and I won't feel it or tear up and guess what?! I didn't!!! I was so shocked and amazed!!! Overall I fell in love with my makeup, Roya is wonderful and definitely someone I will return back to for doing my makeup! Michelle was patient and receptive to my vision, taking time to get my makeup exactly how I liked it and experimenting with different lash looks. When it came time for my wedding, I made a last minute change on how I wanted to do my hair. Michelle was flexible and had left buffer time in the schedule so that we didn't need to be rushed. Unfortunately, the exact opposite happened. My brows were made much thinner, the shape was changed, and I now have to spend extra time every day filling them in just to make them look decent. This is especially frustrating because eyebrows take months to grow back. When she asked me to take a look and see if I liked them, I said, "No, they're thin." Instead of acknowledging my concern, she told me they were not thin. That made the experience even more frustrating because I had been very clear about what I wanted. I'm writing this review because I gave clear instructions, they were not followed, and the outcome has had a real impact on my daily routine.
