My massage therapist was exceptional. They used techniques that I honestly wish every massage therapist knew and took the time to really understand what my body needed. The pressure was always just right, and they were especially great at working out deep knots and tension. Every appointment ended with me leaving feeling amazing--no exaggeration. They also shared helpful advice on stretching and self-care between visits, which made a real difference. The space is clean, calm, and relaxing, making the overall experience even better. She took time before and after each appointment to discuss my issues and questions as well as make recommendations for my skin routine moving forward. I have sensitive, acne prone skin and she helped dissect the different issues that are likely causing acne on the different parts of my face. I've learned a lot from her in the appointments I've had so far. I purchased a 3 visit Groupon for microdermabrasion, which was a great deal. She never made me feel like less of a customer due to my groupon-er status. She actually slightly altered my service based on what she felt my skin really needed. She did not push products on me or pressure me into scheduling future appointments. She has a great online scheduling system which includes confirmation email and reminders two days before an appointment, so helpful for forgetful people like me! She shares an office space with another business, it was tricky for me to find the first visit, so make sure you know where you're going. If you're looking for someone to really help you learn about and improve the long term health of your skin, I highly recommend her.

Understandably a very female centric place. However, how do they accommodate the occasional…read moremetrosexual that may stop in? Are they able to shift gears or is everyone Carrie Bradshaw? And that is exactly the feeling that you get when you go in there. The front desk are armed with their Apple computers and hidden behind the screens. They are not very sensitive to esoteric needs. What do i mean? In an effort to coordinate this i was in contact via text. I was trying to figure out who it was that i was conversing with. The person began using abbreviations like "FD" where i had to clarify what she meant; and it was "Front Desk". The place is a bit hard to find and I had to call for coordinates and was rifled off "commands" as to how to get there which was memorized in the presenters mind but not really intuitve. Like she just wanted to "get it out of her system" without regard for whether someone would be able to understand. These are signs to me of what is in store. So when I got there i was given a computer to fill out an inordinate amount of forms. No sooner did i get the ipad that the battery went out. But who wants to fill out all this information on an ipad where there is not a desk; you are just kind of struggling with the keys as you sit in a waiting room chair. Like it doesn't lend itself to use for this purpose because there is not support for the ipad to stay on your lap. If its on your lap you can't really use the keyboard do you see what i mean? Then I went into the bathroom and saw the heaping trash. These are things that people see; we don't care how dainty Carrie says that she is. Then they put me in a treatment room with a towel or fur comforter that looked dirty. The table wasn't adjusted at all and i sat and sat and sat and sat until i walked out. That was my experience. For me its not a place for guys. But again dare i say that these actressess might want to consider some of what i say. But they won't; I can see that as clear as day. They are set in their ways. It is his fault you see. They will falter and falter to the point of ad nauseum. As long as the facade of the Apple computers at the front desk are fired up and ready to go; that is all that matters. The show must go on. Thats all.
