I was somewhat doubtful it would be repairable without purchasing new muffler and pipe even though other than the one broken spot, the exhaust parts were good. However, instead of being forced to purchase new muffler and pipe, Jordan's Custom Exhaust was able to fix just the broken spot. Good work and weld. Also added a small brace to increase rigidity. Overall, this also even saved me a bit of money and a lot of time when compared to ordering new replacement parts and installing them myself.

While it was expensive, the shop owner kept me informed throughout the process and also took the time to explain each component of the repair process. The mechanic replaced a brake line that was not leaking, was not the source of the leak, and had already been replaced recently. When driving home, the brakes failed. When we contacted the shop to let them know the leak was not fixed and that we checked and it is the same exact location of the issue we dropped it off for we were told yes they did repair it. It obviously broke somewhere else and the would look at it again but would not comp us any of the previous WRONG repair or any work toward the new repair. I understand they took time to work on the vehicle, however they didn't repair the problem and then tried to tell us they did! From now on, I will take pictures of the problem before hand so I can prove it was not fixed. We have used this shop in the past with no issue, but this experience was SO bad we will never use them again.
