Moms Windstar had sat for 3 yrs after her passing. I finally called Ganley to get the recalls done. I called, Ganley was very polite, I took it in, they looked at it and gave me an appointment to bring it back for repairs on the recalls. They offered to take me home and come get me if I would like, but I didn't need that. I was thrilled and even teary eyed knowing I would finally get moms van going again. Bob Bowser was very comforting and said he had gone thru this with his mothers. After inspection, pictures and a few calls between me and Ford, Ford was willing to do the recalls but would not stand responsible for any costs incurred while removing the old RUSTED items. Therefore I had to decide if I would risk those costs or take the offer of over double value of the van Ford offered to get it off the road as it was unsafe to drive as is. The van had a great body and awesome interior and meant the world to me. After many days of emotional consideration, I agreed to accept the offer. Ganley sent a lady to my home to get a signature. She was very nice, polite and also comforting. Bob and the lady were so very caring of my feelings of not wanting to get rid of van as it was moms. My dealings with Bob and this lady and even others at Ganley, were all very kind, helpful and comforting. When I went to get the personal items from the van, Bob asked that same lady if she could help me and even said maybe I could use a prayer. ( I was totally drowning in tears ) Wish I knew her name, but she was God sent and comforting and even helped take pics of me and moms van. I am very impressed with ALL the dealings from Ganley and Ford, and especially their patience with me, giving me as much time as I needed in making my heartfelt decision. My first service trip to Ganley. I was well pleased with the deal when I purchased my F-150 but after so many bad experiences at another local Ford dealer I was tentative about service. The service writer Darrin was great. Friendly, thorough and polite and that was what came across on the phone. So when I took my truck in for service I definitely asked for him. Darrin kept me informed as to what was going on and how long it would take. After years of hearing Ganley advertised on the radio, I finally checked it out and have to say I am well pleased. Only concern was temperature in waiting area was very cold. But that was okay since the outside temp was 90. I would recommend Ganley and I will return. curt read more

Convenient, trustworthy, friendly, timely, competitive with discounts/coupons that are always with Sunday Beacon Journal; recommends noted problems but doesn't pressure to get them fixed. Work van needs regular oil changes so I have them do "The Works". read more
