First, their facility is spotless and well organized. Mark Dillon and his staff were very professional and friendly. I got my car's AC fixed within an hour and they told me everything they were doing and going to do. I was so impressed, I asked if I could bring My Pick-up over and see what they could do. It had a similar situation with The AC system. They said to bring it right over. So i took my car home and brought my truck up. Within 30 minutes the found a bad relay, and recharged the system. The only slight delay was waiting for the part to come from the parts store. So within 3 hours I had both vehicles AC systems checked and repaired; and didn't "lose my shirt" in the process. The cost was very reasonable, and service was "Top Shelf"... Thank you, again Dillon Auto.....

They replaced an outer tie rod on my car which failed in 1700 miles and when i called them to work out a plan his answer was "i doubt that" A 3rd party Mechanic looked at my car and told me to take it back to get my money back. When confronted with bad work their response is not to make it right but try to find a way to make it your fault. I spent $3000 here and there are issues with every part of the repair. The transmission work they did is also failing. If you have an issue with their shoddy work their solution is to hang up on you b/c business is good. As long as this man can run off the reputation built by those no longer doing the work he will take your money and leave you out to dry.

It was extremely disappointing to make that drive only to find out the truck I had an appointment to see wasn't available. I want to specifically recognize my salesperson, Christian, who was professional, apologetic, and acknowledged how frustrating the situation was. This was clearly not his fault. My frustration is with the dealership's scheduling and members of management. If a customer has a confirmed appointment to see a specific vehicle, that vehicle should either be available or the customer should be notified before making the trip. Unfortunately, what should have been an exciting visit ended up being a significant waste of time, fuel, and a day off from work.
